Good experience purchasing a new vehicle from southside dodge. Ron was helpful with searching and found us exactly what we had been looking for. We will NEVER buy another vehicle here again. There was 300KM put on our vehicle from the day we signed the deal and picked it up. Explanation was test drives. "Why would you allow 300KM of test drives on a sold vehicle". Now six months later it is having shifting issues and we are told "It is in desperate need of a tune up". We even got BILLED! for the look. If this is how you treat your customers, You will NEVER see another dime from myself or anyone I know. You have a real problem and need to address it.
