At Wheaton in Red Deer, what a great experience from start to finish. Well worth the 1.5 hour drive from Calgary! If you need a sales person, I recommend Chad, as he is very a knowledgeable salesman, answered all my questions as well! Tyler in finance, what a pleasure to deal with as well! Originally we were looking at a new model Ford until the next door dealership botched the deal with us and left a very sour taste in our mouth with a poor service sales team and con artist sales managers so we went next door to Wheaton Chevrolet and met Cyril he did right by us after hearing about what went on next door and that due to my moms truck breaking down here in Alberta she was stranded on getting home to BC. He showed us a couple different options in the price range we were looking for and cut an amazing deal, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was not just satisfactory but excellent. From having the vehicle polished and cleaned right up to ensuring that anything she needed for her comfort in a new truck was there. We were looking for a new family vehicle and noticed a nice one in the used lot. Stopped in to check it out. Jeremy met us outside with the keys and let us take our time looking through the vehicle. He made it easy and painless to take it out on the road for a test drive. We would recommend Jeremy as he was knowledgeable, personable, and worked with us to get to a deal that worked for both parties. I went here to test drive some vehicles when looking for my first car to finance. I was helped by Tyrelle who also helped my mother in law find her dream SUV. She was amazing from the start and helped me find my dream SUV too. She even helped clean it so I could test drive same day and drove it to my workplace when I wasn't able to pick up myself. She made the whole process so easy and I would definitely recommend going to her if you are looking for a vehicle.

I went in the used Car Sales building just to see if they might have a smaller used SUV that I would like. I was promptly greeted by a young man named Seth. I told him what I was looking for and he was able to find me exactly what I was looking for and in the price range I wanted. He was extremely helpful and so polite. Never once was he pushy like some dealerships are. It was such a great experience with Seth and Chad Sales Manager that when my daughter wanted to buy a different car, I knew exactly where we needed to go to look first! Seth found her the perfect car she was looking for and again, very happy with our overall experience with the care and attention we received at Pike Wheaton! Seth and the rest of the Sales team have been a pleasure to work with and have gone above and beyond for us. They even arranged for our used cars to be delivered to my house for us. Worst experience buying a care in over 40 years. Spent over $30,000 on a used car and they didn’t change the oils or even top up the washer fluid it took 3/4 of a jug to fill. We explained to Alvin and others in the dealership that we lost everything in the fort McMurray fire and that we need a break everyone has had their hands in our pockets. These people took us on our trades for over $10,000! Yes I understand they need to make money but wow, seriously! Oh yeah, they offered me a free oil change and a jug of washer fluid. What a slap in the face. We put our trust in these people and they took advantage of us.

Today I was so impressed by the stellar care given to my senior parents and myself. The whole team was helpful and friendly, but our salesman Seth was hands down the best I personally have ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating, and I highly recommend seeing him next time you are shopping for a new ride. My dad couldn't be happier with their purchase.
