Story

We started out as a small business with approx 1000 sq feet in down town Red Deer in 1956. We have grown, now barely fitting into a 46,000 sq foot building in Gasoline Alley, South Red Deer.
Your passion is our passion. Whether yours is on or off road motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATVs or personal watercraft, we believe the experience and skills of our staff can help you get everything you are looking for and more.

More stuff than you can imagine, can make it hard to find things. ask for help! Parts department is great too, was able to help me fix an 86 Honda Fourtrax. Prices seem pretty reasonable for parts and accessories too, and it seems like most everyone is pretty passionate about rising.

I took my bike in to get new tires installed. They helped me to unload it and reload it back into my trailer. Pricing was reasonable as well. Mason and Terry in the service dept were good to deal with.

Some great staff, but same item usually always a better deal somewhere else. They seem to not want to ever take trade inns either. We buy machines else where for that reason.

Service work is more expensive than other dealerships for the same work. Service manager is rude. I won't go back unless I absolutely have no other choice.

Over 30 years I've dealt there and never been as disappointed as my visit today. After managing to get his attention away from telling stories with his salesman buddies, my son and I received an attitude of pure arrogance. We were going to purchase one bike for sure, if the price was good two was not out of the equation. I will admit we lost track of time and it was closing time. Instead of politely asking us to come back during regular hours this guy yelled over the showroom "is it closing time?!" I apologized for holding him 1 minute past his going home time and was then told he's worked to many hours this week and needs to enjoy some summer. I can appreciate that. Butt... your in the sales business buddy! You should adapt your needs to the customers. Once again I would have been happy to come back during regular business hours, but I will not come back ever again. Manners go a long way with me. I will not grace that store again and will tell many people of my experience. My son actually thought we had done something wrong with the attitude we received.
