See photosnNo feedback to earlier responses- what a shame!n——————————————————————-nMembership services needs to be more customer convenient and friendly.nCorporate rules also should not be Costco convenient but customer convenient. As a member I should be able to flip my membership between primary and secondary whenever I want at renewal!nAt membership counter and cash counter we always see long line ups and person at counters rarely see the person waiting. This needs improvement. People’s time is valuable!nnCostco needs to immensely improve its attitude towards Canadian locations when it comes to product innovation and deals. Eg Softsoap, green Palmolive dishwashing soap and such products- other retailers have so many choices. Have been seeing no innovation in these Costco products since 20 years!

I dropped by Costco and saw activists outside discussing a tie with Citibank, reportedly a major backer of fossil fuels. It was alarming to think Costco could be linked to this. Inquiring within, I got no clarification on this. Clarity on this topic is crucial. Otherwise, the service was decent.

Was not allowed to use self checkout due to having a large order and the teller was unable to sanitize her hands before touching my products! We saw to costco employees leave the bathroom without washing their hands! The supervisor just said there was nothing she could do?! Provide hand sanitizer to the cashiers and require all workers to wash hands after using the washroom!

Lot of Space for overnight parking for Quick Service much better than Sysco/Sobeys/Loblaws and Walmart who ruin your day… great service… Much appreciated nnLastly, Costco could you please make proper washrooms for drivers instead these blue boxes at Varennes location

Please remember not, everyone in Ottawa.nWorks for for,the Federal government.nSome people are on, Ontario works.nSome are on, ODSP it's only the past year.nThat Costco Canada,is acting like Loblaws.nIt's a real shame,that the person who makes.nOne thousand three hundred dollars a month.nCan't afford to,shop at Costco Canada.
