Value Village

Overall this is a lovely Value Village location! The staff acknowledged you if they walked past, everything was tidy/organized, pricing was quite fair, and the racks weren't overflowing -making browsing through the hanged items easy. I will, however, remove one star because the lighting is incredibly dim. When I was looking through the women's clothing near the center of the store I stopped to check if I was still wearing my sunglasses instead of my regular prescription glasses because the lighting was so poor! Some sunlight comes from windows along the perimeter, so it was a lot easier to see along the edges of the store. However, if its a cloudy day or dark early like in the winter this is a hard store to see in!

Nice store, mostly kept clean and clutter free unlike other VV stores. The staff are very nice and friendly.nOnly problem: please don’t use “duct tape” to tape the board games and puzzle boxes closed. When the duct tape is removed it rips and destroys the game/puzzle box. See pics belownPlease use green painters tape.nThank you, keep up the good work!

All the personnel have been very knowledgeable and collaborative. I went with a precise idea about what to buy in the men's clothes zone and I have found easily. When I went to Self Service Cash, a female employee was very helpful to include within the receipt the value of the cloth and the purchase of a paper bag, going through the screens very smoothly. An excellent attention to the public, from the beginning to the last minute.

Completely unimpressed with this location. I reported numerous times that the accessibility parking was used by someone who didn't need it. I emphasized since I do have a permit and need it, that it's important not to have the parking spaces blocked like that. The staff ignored my pleas for help and walked away. I made some exchanges the following day an hour before closing time. As I was leaving I found that they brought the sandwich boards in and blocked the button for the accessibility exit door. I reported this to Value Village and they did nothing to rectify these issues.nnThis doesn't even include how unhelpful staff were when I tried to make exchanges within the allotted time frame and with my receipt.

The store is unorganized and overall they just do not have a great variety of items - there was literally holes in one of the shirts marked for 7.99 sweaters with dress tags, Tshirts with pants tags so if needed returned they would have denied and the staff was not great - I just don't recommend coming here at all ESPECIALLY if you have exchanges to do, they will not honor value villages exchange policy and argue with you about each product. Waste of time and gas, I recommend Victoria Park location still a bit unorganized there but 100% better staff
