Value Village

Nice store, mostly kept clean and clutter free unlike other VV stores. The staff are very nice and friendly.nOnly problem: please don’t use “duct tape” to tape the board games and puzzle boxes closed. When the duct tape is removed it rips and destroys the game/puzzle box. See pics belownPlease use green painters tape.nThank you, keep up the good work!

The store is unorganized and overall they just do not have a great variety of items - there was literally holes in one of the shirts marked for 7.99 sweaters with dress tags, Tshirts with pants tags so if needed returned they would have denied and the staff was not great - I just don't recommend coming here at all ESPECIALLY if you have exchanges to do, they will not honor value villages exchange policy and argue with you about each product. Waste of time and gas, I recommend Victoria Park location still a bit unorganized there but 100% better staff

You can find used clothes, bags, toys, household items, books, jewelry and electronics, etc here.nnIt is however pretty expensive for a thrift store. There are items listed here some clothings and household products that were almost the same price in retail. They need to work on their pricing. Seemed to be marked up if you compare to retail prices.nnWhen i went, i didnt see a lot of books, which i was looking for. Most electronics here were ancient. Toys were in pretty good shape and in decent price.nnThis placed isnt so busy. Staff are friendly. Clean but some shelves were disorganized.nnOther locations are probably more ideal to visit

I saw a ginormous cockroach walking around the housewares section. If you buy something from here make sure you inspect it for cockroaches. I believe there is an infestation because typically cockroach stay in the dark and away from people but this cockroach did not care.nnOtherwise, I like this location but I don’t think I’ll be going back. :/

I had a great experience at value village. The staff were friendly and made the donation process easy. The center was well-organized, and I felt confident that my donations would go to good use.nyou can buy items tax-free, which is a nice bonus. overall, it’s a fantastic place to donate and shop while supporting the community. Highly recommend!
