I would like to specifically recognize Catherine manager who assisted me this weekend with completing an exchange and providing outstanding and a very personable customer experience. It was a very difficult week for me personally and she took the time to listen and react in a manner that I am so appreciative of. In relation to her amazing customer service, everytime I’ve visited this location I’ve had a great and seamless experience and it just goes to show that management reflects positively on the other staff. 10/10 location experience.

This location is so far the best Sephora I’ve ever been to. All the staff members either individually or collectively are amazing in each and every aspect. Truly appreciate all the efforts they always put into helping me.

They seem to love to make everyone wait forever in line. One cashier and they just ignore the fact that the line is long. Meanwhile the store is filled with staff standing around doing nothing. What a brilliantly managed business. Here's a tip, more than two people in line, get another person on cash!
