Face to Face Games

5 out of 5 stars from me. Heres why? I have been there several times over the past few months. The employees there have always been friendly and helpful. I usually buy MTG Final Fantasy cards from them but they have all sorts of MTG stuff there. They have board games there including Chess and Checkers. I think I saw some D&D stuff there and some Pokemon stuff there as well. They also have Ice Cream there but I haven't tried their ice cream yet. Looks good though. I will definitely be back to buy more stuff from them.

I have a couple things to mentionnn1 any pack that I've purchased that's a single pack from here has never been a hit despite the game that I pick so I don't recommend buying singles from this store.nn2 for being one of the bigger stores of Toronto, it's in-store. Stock is extremely limited and they only keep stock of magic and pokémon regularly while other tcgs are getting put asidenn3 they have a couple different buyers and the level of strictness between buyers is completely different. I think the older gentleman that does it is extremely fair.n4 they need to change their policy around buy orders and sending e-transfers to people from being within 48 hours of approval to 48 hours of approval within business days. Because if you submit an order and you confirm it before the weekend even starts, the weekend doesn't count towards the time.

Delivery of my cards took way too long. Ordered Dec. 20th, now it is January 5, and they have still not arrived. Will miss a tournament because of it. Have made several orders from well-known competitors since this order, some being made after Christmas, and have received them all, but this one. Even through cheaper methods such as letter mail. They are slow to process the order, their communication is trash, and they choose to use Purolator, which is absolutely horrendous. My experience with them has been disappointing and will end here.

Large selections of MTG . Wildly confused at pricing. Online store as well .nExample, amazing spider- man bundle up for preorder $299 ? Everywhere else I’ve looked $249.99 or less … $50 is a wild swing .nThat’s one example I’m sure there’s more … Definitely shop around everything you are looking to buy before making a final decision here . Also pretty cool to see the actual prices we should be paying for things compared to the upsell prices.nnSo I got a response, but didn’t respond to there overpriced presale ? And yes the photos are from your “buy” as what you would pay for them , like I said nice to see the actual price of things , as you are willing to buy them for what they should actually sell for and not the inflated prices you actually sell them for , just another scalper with a store front !!

I recently ordered a booster case of trading cards over $900 worth and was really disappointed with how it was packed. with 5 0f the 6 box's arriving with damaged corners, which was clearly due to careless packaging. not a single handle with care sticker or stuffing or spacing. When you’re spending that kind of money, you expect the products to be handled properly and arrive in good shape.nnI’ve already reached out to the company and am waiting for a response. I’m hoping they’ll make it right, but this initial experience has been frustrating, to say the least.nnIf you’re thinking of ordering, just keep in mind that the packaging might not live up to the value of what you’re buying. I’ll update this review once I hear back and see how they handle it.
