I recently ordered a booster case of trading cards over $900 worth and was really disappointed with how it was packed. with 5 0f the 6 box's arriving with damaged corners, which was clearly due to careless packaging. not a single handle with care sticker or stuffing or spacing. When you’re spending that kind of money, you expect the products to be handled properly and arrive in good shape.nnI’ve already reached out to the company and am waiting for a response. I’m hoping they’ll make it right, but this initial experience has been frustrating, to say the least.nnIf you’re thinking of ordering, just keep in mind that the packaging might not live up to the value of what you’re buying. I’ll update this review once I hear back and see how they handle it.

BIG, CLEAN, store, good selection, fair prices, and knowledgeable staff who aren't pushy to make a sale. They answered all my questions to help me get on the best path to help my kids start their Pokemon journey. Not our usual neighbourhood, but I'll definitely support local whenever I'm around!

After spending thousands of dollars with Face to Face in the last 4 months, I've decided not to shop here anymore, at least for now. An unbiased review:nnPros:nn- Inventory: Undisputed best inventory in Canada for MTG singles. Only place you can really order an entire deck, and usually get the card version you're after.nn- IMO The best website for ordering cards, with a well functioning cart and deck builder. Not saying the website couldn't be improved, but it's the best singles shopping & deck builder experience I've come across for Canadian sites.nn- Customer service is fairly quick, and exists. You might not always like their answer, but it at least seems they are employing someone full time to take care of their customers, which is appreciated.nnCons:nn- Prices: Nearly always the highest prices. You can often pay up to $10/$25+ more than other great online retailers for the same premium card, which adds up quickly in a 100 card deck.nn- Shipping: This was okay for my first few orders since they provided free shipping for larger orders, but since the Canada Post Strike it's been a joke. They used an alternate shipper during the strike but charged the customer extra for it. Then as soon as the strike was over they went right back to Canada Post, but aren't providing free shipping options for big orders. Sorry, but if I put through a $2000 order on items that are small and light, I'm pretty sure you can afford to give me free f**king shipping!nn- Business Policies: I get they're the biggest shop / have the most inventory / etc. but they could show some actual customer appreciation every once in awhile. I've spent a lot of $$ in a short amount of time, and anything I've requested has been denied free shipping, maybe toss in a booster if I'm spending thousands of dollars, etc.. They don't give a sh!t about their customers.
