Face to Face Games

5 times I have made orders for single cards, and 5 times there has been cards in conditions well below what is advertised. This last time I was sent a card so damaged it was obvious prior to even taking the cards out of the sleeves. This is a PLD condition card in the photo. Not a single apology was provided in contact with their support team. Gave it 5 tries expecting something different, but their QA team is just non existent. Deeply disappointing and I will never be purchasing from this store again.

5 out of 5 stars from me. Heres why? I have been there several times over the past few months. The employees there have always been friendly and helpful. I usually buy MTG Final Fantasy cards from them but they have all sorts of MTG stuff there. They have board games there including Chess and Checkers. I think I saw some D&D stuff there and some Pokemon stuff there as well. They also have Ice Cream there but I haven't tried their ice cream yet. Looks good though. I will definitely be back to buy more stuff from them.

I’m really disappointed with our experience. My son used his hard-earned money to buy a Pokémon card pack that was selected for him in-store. When we got home, he immediately felt something was off — the back of the pack looked like it had been glued and didn’t seem properly sealed.nnAfter opening it, we found that one of the cards was bent and several others were not in good condition. This was especially upsetting because buying these packs is a big deal for him, and he was really excited.nnI would expect sealed products to be authentic and in proper condition, especially when sold to kids. This experience felt misleading and disappointing. I hope the store takes this seriously and ensures better quality control going forward.

I don’t recommend the appraisal service, extremely horrible customer service. Me and my 2 kids brought some of our pokemon cards here to sell. We had spent 45 minutes in the store going through our cards looking for which ones they had on the buy list. We went up to the appraisal table and Without looking at their buy price list the appraisal guy looked at my pokemon cards and tells me they’re all low value can’t be worth more than $5 like they don’t want them and said not worth his time. I said they’re all on the buy list. He looks in to his computer and realized some are valuable, even heard him make an ooh noise. Then he low balled and offered $5 yeah ok. You know I can see the buy list too. One card alone was worth $6.50 according to the buy list. Obviously I refused and took back our cards and explained to my kids that we shouldn’t do business with this company just based on how the appraisal guy treated us in the first place. We won’t be back and won’t be recommending this place

I recently had to cancel my registration to a tournament that F2F was hosting and I just wanted to say that the customer service experience was impeccable. Not only was my request answered faster than any other costumer service request I’ve ever had, but they actually emailed me later reminding me I forgot to pick my other order from that event and asked if I wanted it shipped or refunded! Jennifer was my customer service agent for both refunds which hit my account as soon as you’d expect and I just wanted to give her a should out. Absolutely phenomenal and a reminder why F2F is the best MTG store in all of Canada.
