Good selection store is always clean. Staff is friendly. I had the pleasure of being helped by Alex and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, her bubbly personality and warm welcome made me feel right at home. Not only was Alex incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional, but she also went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. I was looking good puzzles that I could put together as an adult. The Ravensburger puzzles are amazing. The quality of these puzzles is superb. I bought three so that I could put some together during the winter months. One of them even came with a poster. The staff were very friendly and showed me where the puzzles were located in the store. I have not been to Toys “R” Us since my kids were young. They have an amazing selection of toys and accessories for every age. I was looking for puzzles that are more suitable for adults. Toys “R” Us did not disappoint, as they had a good selection! It was worth the trip for me.
