2022 July 4.5nYou see something intriguing and check the stock online. Great! Sale item. There's 2 in stock! Line up early and to my dismay, the shelves are empty. Yes that's a disappointment that shouldn't be 4.5nnAsked the staff.. forgot her name, starts with S to help me check. She walks away and couldn't find any. Offers another product with a discount, which would've been great but it's too big. Rain Check it is. Nice that they offer that. It's the effort that was put in..nnEnded up purchasing something there anyways.nnNot often do you find someone helpful.nLots of parking.

Princess Auto is a store that has a lot of equipment, tools and parts for various needs such as car, farm, random stuff, mechanic things, etc. the store is large and covers a lot of areas with a variety of goods in stock.nnThey also have a coffee station at the entrance of the store with different disposable cups, sugars, etc. Apparently people who work the trades and mechanic jobs like to drink lots of coffee, that's why they have a coffee station there.nnThe store and the washrooms are clean. The aisles are wide. There's apparently a sale going on, see clearance sale.nnMy dad comes here to buy lots of tools and stuff for his mechanic work. I tag along to see if the random items section has something I like.nnOverall good store for all your specialized tools and equipment needs.

Huge store with everything auto, DIY, tools, and a ton of other mechanical things. We’ll organized with staff available to help. This store makes Canadian tire look like a poorly merchandised Walmart. Free coffee at the entrance is a nice touch. As you check out, there are snacks and beverages available. There is a section at the back with a ton of different surplus items. You can find things here for camping, trailer repair, generators, yard work, you name it they have it. The store can be a really busy place on the weekend. There’s a big parking lot out front. Check out is usually very quick. The store itself is clean and really well organized with lots of signs to indicate where things are. I bought a large rubber mat for the floor of my garage from here and it’s held up great.

Excellent customer service! I lost my receipt and called to see if there was any way to find it in the system. Sabrina answered my call and immediately knew what information I needed to give her in order to help me. She is extremely knowledgeable about the system and took initiative to help me! I am very grateful for her help and beyond relieved that she found it for me! After she emailed it, she even called me back to make sure I definitely received it. Sabrina goes above and beyond and her kindness will not be forgotten! Made my day! Thank you!

It’s a great spot for anyone who enjoys fixing, building, or tinkering.
