Came in for help trouble shooting a loved plant I'd had for years, and received fantastic assistance diagnosing the likely issue, repotting , and receiving tips to keep it healthy and happy in future. Super friendly, knowledgable, and helpful staff!

They have variety of plants, in different price ranges and sizes. Affordable prices compared to general plant market. Nice and friendly staff.

Lovely plants being sold here. I enjoy shopping and looking around the plant arrangements and decors here. Staff are nice and attentive. Not a very big place compared to other Sheridan garden place. They have nice succulents too. Parking in front and side streets.

The staff at the Yonge Street location are amazing. Knowledgeable and friendly from the staff to the cashiers to the guys who help to load my car.nnThe customer service by phone is less than impressive. I now have 3 occasions where phone messages were not returned. The last occasion was to organize a delivery, which didn't go out as noone returned my calls. The assistant manager did not apologize for the missed calls. Said she would do her best to get the delivery out, but of course, no guarantee. In my world, timely deliveries are critical. I would have expected better, and certainly a more understanding attitude.nnI want to continue shopping here, but I can no longer rely on Customer service.

Today I went to this place and I really enjoyed the beautiful plants and decorative stuff there. Here you can find variety of healthy plants with reasonable price. The staff are also very kind, helpful and patient. Today Michelle answered all my questions about plants very comprehensively. She is such a knowledgeable lovely girl who works in Sheridan nurseries.
