Staples

This is an excellent Staples location. It seems they have meeting space and recently had some renovations.nThe store is not actually IN the mall but an out building on the east side. Victor, who cashed me out, was super friendly and polite.

Whether I'm in need of printer ink, paper, pens, or even office furniture, I can always count on Staples to have exactly what I'm looking for. The variety of brands and price points ensures that there's something for every budget and preference.What truly sets Staples apart, however, is its commitment to customer satisfaction. The staff members are knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist customers. Whether I have a question about a product or need assistance finding a specific item, I can trust that the staff at Staples will provide prompt and helpful service.

Don't rely on the delivery information provided by this location for FedEx services. Last night, I had a time-sensitive package destined for Ottawa. They offered to deliver it by noon today, but I've just been informed that my package hasn't even been picked up because I missed the delivery deadline last night, and they forgot to inform me. As a result, I've missed all opportunities to send my package this morning using the one-day option. I'm extremely disappointed.

This review is only for passport photo related. Do not go at this place for photo. They ruined my 10 years validity passport by worst photo taken ever. First they don't even have mirror to see your self before taking photo. And I don't understand why do they have light in the background. Plane white background is enough. If there is any light to be placed, it has to be in front facing you not behind you. Common sense. Moreover no flash in camera make it even worst. My photo is like black and white not colour and dark. It looks like it was taken in a dark room. Unfortunately I did not realize all this until I received my passport. My advice is go to professional photo studio not in staples were their staff are not trained to take photos. Don't expect any help from staff. They are like take it or leave it. No compassionate.

The staff are ok but I’m writing this review to highlight the great work and the premium customer service that the Sales Manager Carla offers. The 5 stars are for Carla and not the store in general. My senior mother went to Staples and she was in a helpless situation. Carla was a life saver and she was extremely helpful, understanding and empathetic. Staples’ employees tend to be rude and not helpful and Carla is the exception. I urge Staples to keep Carla happy, because she’s a keeper. Also try and hire people like her. Maybe that way your customer service will improve. Thanks Carla.
