Clore Beauty Supply - Scarborough

Went to this store yesterday to get a gel to help retwist my hair I got a gel but unfortunately I didn’t know the consistency of the gel because of course there wasn’t any tester. I realize the product cannot work on my hair today when I went to use it . And immediate went back to the store. Mind you I haven’t used any of the product it’s exactly how I bought it I just had removed the safety tag because that was the only way of opening the bottle.They proceeded to tell me there was nothing they can do because the product was open. I feel robbed because I explains to the lady why I was returning it and it was a mistake anyone couldn’t have made because there was no tester. I am upset and most likely will never shop at this store again because of this incident. If you guys have a problem with returning items like these please leave a tester for all products so that the shoppers know what exactly it is their buying. If I had seen a tester, just looking in the bottle I would have known that this isn’t going to work on my hair. Very unsatisfied with my service

As someone who isn’t well-versed in hair care and products, I was feeling quite overwhelmed walking into a hair store. However, Candice was incredibly patient, kind, and extremely helpful. She made the entire experience enjoyable, informative, and lighthearted. She even went the extra mile to suggest different product options that suited my needs. Overall, Candice is exactly the kind of employee any establishment would want representing them.

I recently dropped by to purchase a few hair products and I received excellent customer service from Devin. She was welcoming, knowledgeable and very patient. She took the time to show me the products I was looking for and we had a nice chat. The store was clean and bright.nAt the checkout, Aliya was so kind and personable. I very much appreciated the way I was treated while shopping here.

Akira, one of the senior advisors assisted me during my visit and she was very helpful, she had a lot of product knowledge and was able to help me find everything I was looking for, I appreciated the patience she had and attentiveness to all of my questions. I was then cashed out by Sarah and no surprise here she’s always nice and entertains a small conversation, she usually bashes me out and I never leave the store without a smile : This location in general is usually pretty good when it comes to their customer service, I’m a regular here and will definitely remain coming frequently!

It was my first time at the store , and I love the variety they have in the store . Braids , crochet , make up products, weaves etc . The things are easy to find with a nice layout .nnI had to return some products , and the customer representative was really good about that . They only do store credit but the process was good
