From the moment I walked into the store, she greeted me with a warm smile and immediately made me feel welcome. She took the time to ask if I needed help and was incredibly patient, answering all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Her knowledge, attentiveness, and genuine care made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Today I visited this Clore location as it is closest to me and during my visit I was politely greeted by the associate Sarah who had directed me to her colleague Aliya as she was attentively stocking product. Aliya assisted me in finding specific hair products I had needed for today. She was very helpful, she had a lot of product knowledge and was able to help me find what I need in an instant. I appreciate the patience and explanation of all the products I inquired about. The amazing customer service here is definitely going to keep me coming back

Excellent and honest customer service. I’ve been here many times but when I went on Dec 22nd, I needed more assistance because I was wanting to try wigs for the first time.nnThe sales associate, Madison, took the time with me to help me find a wig that suited me. She listened to what I was looking for in regard to length, style, texture, and colour. She made suggestions, was very patient with me trying on different wigs, and was very honest regarding her feedback of how they looked. Over a month later and I still love the wig she helped me choose. I would come back again just because of her.
