My first experience in this store. I arrived with full bags from other stores. I was expecting to be asked to leave my bags at the front, or something similar. I did not have that experience at all. I was able to take my time and look around without feeling like I was being watched. I found even more than I was looking for which was amazing! Prices are beyond reasonable, I was expecting to checkout near 100$ hair dyex2, dye skin cleanser, gel nail brushes, braid elastics, nail files just a hair over 30$.. fantastic experience, This will definitely be my go-to store moving forward.

I shop at this location regularly and I usually know what I want. They have very good selections of items to choose from and the store is clean.nThis visit, I need some feedback about a specific product. I asked one of the Associates who’s name is Tania for assistance and she was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very nice.nShe took the time to explain in detail my options and she was very patient.nThank you very much Tania!

Such an uncomfortable shopping experience. I’ve been shopping at the keele location for years and never had this issue. I recently moved into this area and was thrilled to have a bsw near me.nI went in for eyebrow razors, olaplex and also to browse, and had their loss prevention guy, sales staff and other workers follow me around the store. Wouldn’t it make more sense to have staff monitor surveillance in the back and follow actual thieves?? Judging by the reviews- they do this to everyone. Definitely will not be shopping at BSW again. I’ll pay a bit more and just get my products at Sephora or Chatters where they treat you like a human.nnLoved how loss prevention also came outside to watch me walk to my car as well and proceed to wait until I left the parking lot.

Always has what I need & Staff was extra cheery on my last visit which lifted my spirits!! Wide selection of items above and beyond haircare. I love their accessories
