Better prices and lot of hardware and building materials. Cashier and staff are helping to locate merchandise. No cleanness.

April 2022 3nIf your looking at finding building products, this is a fairly organized place. Decent selection and prices continue to be competitive. Outside, they have a warehouse of lumber. Inside, apart from the construction materials, they do have a bath showroom. Selection has improved, but prices can be slightly more on certain products. Still a go place to check if you are in the area since there's another place down the street.nn2019 3nThe prices are ok, the place is well organized and clean. Only problem was the selection was lacking.

I recently purchased a batch of building materials from Tesco and was very satisfied with their professionalism and service attitude.nnFirst of all, their staff is very professional and able to provide detailed advice and guidance based on my needs to help me choose the most suitable materials. They patiently answered every question and gave me a lot of useful suggestions.nnSecondly, their service attitude is very good. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, every link was handled very smoothly. In particular, their after-sales service is also very good, and any problems can be followed up and solved in time.nnOverall, Tesco is a trustworthy building materials supplier. I highly recommend their services, not only because of the high quality of their products, but also because their team has demonstrated a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service.

Giving 2 star review because they seem to have a large supply of items but I was looking for a specific tile. I called ahead of time to ask if they had it, they told me they did. So I drove an hour to get it. I paid for the item and waited for them to bring it out from their stock room. After waiting for awhile I was told they don’t have that item in stock. It’s extremely frustrating to drive an hour out of my way to get something that wasn’t actually in stock.nnEDIT: although the below response from TESCO was a lovely response to my review I never actually received a response to my follow up emailnThey requested or the gift certificates they offered. It all looks to be a fake response to save face on google reviews when a poor review is received. Beware.
