I love coming here to find a great bargain!! If you're willing to look at racks and sort through them you will surely find a great bargain. Today I was able to get a pair of luxury Steve Madden shoes, 5 dress shirts and a beautiful Canada Sweater all for $61. Sign up for a membership and you will also get a huge savings at the cash. If I was to buy these items elsewhere I can almost guarantee that the price would be well over $200. Location is on beautiful and trendy Queen Street so it's centrally located. Staff is very friendly and helpful which makes for a great shopping experience. This is a must visit store if you want a great bargain for some higher end products!!

This Value Village location no longer accepts donations they stopped offering it in January 2025, and I came in with 4 bags of donations. I didn't know this change and only found out when I got to the store, so it was a little bit of an inconvenience. Apparently, there's a sign posted somewhere outside the shop, but I guess I missed it and didn't see. So this is an online announcement as it wasn't updated anywhere in Google Maps as far as I know in case anyone else is thinking of donating here.nnThey have another location that does accept donations on Edward St by Yonge and Dundas or check the Value Village website to find a location closer to you.nnOtherwise, it's decent. Some sections are disorganized/messy, and there are no change rooms, so just be aware of that. Sometimes people will try on clothes anyways, rather than taking the risk to purchase before trying, which is fine.nnThey have self check out, and also two floors. It's pretty much just clothing, accessories, and shoes here, so if you're looking for other items like households, this isn't the location for it.

Everytime I shop at this location, one employee keeps harrassing me to put back the clothes on the hangers & racks after trying them on. I shop at this location a couple times a month & usually spend around $50-$200. After browsing the racks & gathering things in my shopping basket, I usually try them on in front a mirror no fitting rooms anymore. Whatever doesn't fit me, I usually leave it in another basket for the employees to put back. I thought I was doing better than some of the other customers who throw it on the floor or on top of random racks. While I want to be considerate of the employees & do more, sometimes I'm just too tired after a long day of working & on a time crunch to go home to my family & chores. I simply do not have the energy or time to be doing the employees' job. Management should be scheduling enough workers to get everything done by the end of the day or tell the employees to do what they can & leave the rest for the next day. This one employee keeps lecturing me to put back the stuff that don't fit me & hangs around to make sure I follow her instructions. Sometimes she'd passive aggressively offer me hangers & would rudely throw them in my basket. I'd just like to be able to browse the store without worrying about being admonished by the employees:

Great choice and low prices. Be aware that there is no changing room. Tho everyone is just trying things on over their own clothes, that's no problem ;.

extremely rude staff— a blonde lady yelled at me like I'm a child when I checked the price of an item on the mannequin. learn some basic customer service skills lady, I'm never coming to this VV again
