The ugly black girl and the nasty white girl with the bad hair and skin were rude, combative, and did not understand the product. There are good reasons why so many one-star reviews here mention the horrible service from the black and white girl. Those two do not belong in customer service. They argue with customers and escalate the situation. Given how many customers are complaining about these two creatures, they need to be fired.

Very DISAPPOINTED!!!! The two white and black ladies who work here don’t know how to treat customers. We are REGULAR customers who purchase cannabis products for many years. We purchased vape pen from this store for $35 a week ago and it stopped working after a couple of attempts. My husband went to this store to return it and the two ladies work here refused it very rudely asked him to contact the company. We didn’t buy the product from the company we brought from this store. Looks like they already knew it’s malfunctioning. Just because of $35, you have lost many valuable customers who were coming to the store regularly. We’ll never ever return to the store again and never send our friends and families to this store as there are many stores in the town who treat their customers nicely .

White women and the black women who looks like homeless doesn’t know customer service !! DO NOT SHOP HERE SCAMS!! specifically for vape pens. I was a customer for more than 2 years but no more, just because of the those two women. Whoever the owner is needs to take some serious action regarding the customer service. I will let my friends know as well to leave a bad review. Expect a lot more bad review. Fire those homeless two women before you go out of business!! -5 stars

Drive out of my way to be able to have the pleasure that is buying weed from Sophia and Ameera. They know their stuff and never miss with a recommendation. They even manage to rock the aprons they ridiculously make them wear. Def worth the visit.

Always have good customer service when I visit their store. Also, never got a bad product and the employees are very friendly towards customers, and also very helpful in what you are looking when it comes to quality flower.
