Very greatful for the owner I'm a beyond loving loyal customer and I come here on the daily before I was unable to get a Turkey but the amazing owner helped me out and now I have amazing Turkey for Thanksgiving for my family I really appreciate all the help I got I been struggling alot lately so just being able to have a nice dinner means the world to me once again thank you cafe for not only there amazing deals and products but also helping me out in such a difficult time.

I'm very disappointed that I purchased a Zillionaire brand disposable vape. I always get my supplies at this branch because they've good quality products and because they're very friendly, unfortunately I didn't save my voucher to return the product which I don't recommend at all, the battery doesn't have the power to be able to smoke, it's practically an absurd expense.

Literally walked in and felt judged by all the employees there. No one even attempted to greet us or even service us correctly. And the employee helping us out Chubby dude with the beard was so dismissive and immediately told us a product wasn’t available without even checking and gave us an alternative which was nothing like the original product we wanted. I’ve always had great experiences here but today was terrible I honestly felt judged for even walking in to purchase and not to mention when another “regular customer” came in he was greeted immediately by all staff and served right away . I’m never coming again point blank

Horrible experience ppl gave me attitude about wanting to see the pre bagged $50 Oz before buying after 10 minutes of uncomfortableness I picked the less shwag of the 3 options got home to find it was only the top of the bag that looked half decent the rest of the bag was a different below any grade out door crap and when I went back was told I swapped it to rip them off !!!nNeedles to say i was so mad I threw the bag in the garbage and learned a $50 lesson ! And Only the one time I was dealt with properly and came out happy was with the moustached guy he’s there your in good hands the other employees should get pegged on OF 1 star is more than deserved since you have to put at least one to post

As someone with mental health issues who tries to buy from a safe space. Ridiculous that you would hold one bad day against anyone especially in the cannabis industry. This place claims that it is inclusive and helps the community. They do niether. They also buy private, so illegally. If you wanna support the industry. Shop anywhere else...nnWhat a horrid reply. Defamatory and childish. Expect a call from my lawyer.
