Love the place. If you have a new opening salon or already have one then this is a great place to supply. They were really helpful and gave me honest opinions for what is the best tools and polish with a reasonable price.nnOnce I needed to order a whole set of nail polish, they arranged really fast and shipped it immediately in 2 hours. Really impressed with their customer service! Will definitely be back for all nail supplies!nThank you so much, chị Trang and everyone!nnHighly recommended!

Racial Profiling is somewhat present at this location.nnI walked in with a side purse and a Walmart bag, immediately put it in a cart to shop, within 2 minutes they took my cart to the cash and left it at the top or the counter beside the exit making it easy for anyone to pick up and leave.nnWhile shopping around it can be seen that others are allowed to keep their purses and backpacks.nnIt's clear that this was a request from someone in management, so there was usually someone watching me in the aisles, even when there were plenty of others in more densely populated aisles, and even though I no longer had any of my bags.nnAside from that they have an amazing selection, lot's or gels things for nail art, gems, and some spa stuff.nnBut if I can wait for supplies from an online order, I'll do that instead of the whole profiling experience.

An uncomfortable experience and over priced products is what you get at this store. Keep an eye out for an older women with glasses, she seemed like the owner who was very rude, she forcefully handed us a basket and snatched a product away from us as if we were stealing it. Going to this store was a stressful and uncomfortable experience, will not be coming back.

I wanted to start my nail tech journey and needed to buy all my supplies today. This place had everything on my to-buy list. It’s like a nail tech’s toy store lol. I didn’t know where everything was, and felt really overwhelmed when I first walked in. Lucy eventually saw I was confused and asked if I needed help. Nobody else really acknowledged me, but because of Lucy only my experience was good. She went out of her way to provide me good customer service and is so kind. I will be coming here again for my nail tech needs. Thanks Lucy!nOn a side note: if you want 1 on 1 customer service, this place is not for you. It is a quick “it’s over there” response in a busy environment at least on the weekend when I went. But if you don’t need that extra consultation when buying your products, definitely go here they have a lot of good stuff.
