This is one of the best STAPLES stores in Toronto. The staff are hard working, capable and personable. And they do more of the same even with added shipping/return duties FedEx, Amazon due to Canada Post mail strike. Well done!

Had a terrible experience when trying to get a Wacom tablet, asked for help and the person didn't get back for a long while and seemed to completely forget they were helping me, while the store was completely dead. Asked the person in charge politely and they looked at me as if I was crazy. I left the store disappointed and humiliated.
