Came today hoping to buy a nice cartridge pen. Unfortunately, the employees where of no assistance and either ignored my request for help or gave very poor recommendations. The person in charge of the pen aisle muttered when we asked for help and was not at all motivated to help us. Very poor customer service, next time I will not take into consideration Staples when looking for office supplies.

We needed to print our father's picture for his funeral urgently, but we had been in trouble because we had not received good service from another company. However, Brian was very kind and responded quickly, and thanks to him, we were able to get the photos in time for the funeral. We are truly grateful. Thank you so much.

Don't get photos printed here. I ordered 150 printed photos from my wedding to give away with our thank you cards. The pictures were high resolution and already professionally edited. For some reason, the pictures turned out blurry and Staples used an unnecessary red eye filter that turned everyone's eyes black and blackened some peoples teeth or parts of their faces. Very few pictures are acceptable to frame or give away.

My Canon printer said there was a paper jam and there wasn’t so the Staples customer service said it’s likely a sensor issue and it needs to be replaced. I left the printer with them to discard and went home to think about it as they mentioned Canon’s have no trade in value anyway, fine. My husband returns a few days later to get a new printer and I sent him with three unopened black & colour Canon ink cartridges boxes valued at $80 each as they were for the old printer and Staples convinced us to get a more expensive printer that holds ink bottles as opposed to cartridges. I was dismayed to have my husband come home to say they gave him a $20 credit per box. I understand I didn’t have my Staples receipt, but then don’t take the ink back for a quarter of the value!! The boxes are unopened and they’ll put them on their shelves for the real value. My husband didn’t know how much we paid for them and I didn’t go back because the transaction is already done, but I am shocked that they would take advantage of a customer like that. If they don’t take returns without the receipt, don’t accept the item back! They are currently regular price online at Staples for $78.49 per box, and they gave us a $20 credit per box. Completely unacceptable. I should’ve looked at reviews here and seen several unhappy customers. I hope this review gives people a proper heads up about this Staples location.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Sometimes it's even judgmental, I came to ship a package, the self drop off didn't work, I walked towards the cash person responsible for shipping and asked if it was working! No response, no interaction, and I'm not the guy who is talkative, just the necessary stuff, I'm really focused, but at the same time I've never missed to thank people, I know it could be tough to work with customers, but no matter you do with the associates here, it's not gonna change their behavior!!! Life is tough for many of us, if you're not happy with the place work, leave, recruiters: please assess those judgemental behaviors, we all carry Dollar anc exchange them over goods, no body is trading blank paper sheets!
