This store is absolutely massive, like a shopping paradise! The service is beyond incredible—every need is met with perfection. You’ll find absolutely everything you could ever want here, and then some! It’s a one-stop wonderland of endless choices!

Today was the second trip I made for a painting project. Thankfully after 3 other sales staff were unable and inexperienced to help me, Joseph came to the rescue. This sales staff assisted me on my first trip with knowledge, ideas and skill. I was so relieved when he appeared!!! Again, so helpful, courteous. THIS is an example of an employee you appreciate and reward.

Unprofessional and unreliable.nnJust a thought, but when you have a lineup for deliveries where it’s taking over half and hour to help a single customer, maybe have one of your many other available staff who aren’t assisting people at that counter CHECK IN WITH PEOPLE WAITING TO CONFIRM YOU CAN HELP THEM WITH WHAT THEY ARE WAITING FOR. I asked a staff about the service I was looking for and they directed me to that counter. Staples just wasted my time - so unnecessarily and avoidably. Rude.

I come here for prints, and I must say this location is incredibly convenient. Lines move quickly enough, and print cards are pretty handy. Prints are around 19-23 cents a cage in Black N' White and Colour. So far there haven't been any lines for the Printers, Fax, Scanners, and Computers.nStaff is helpfull can be a bit slow to approach you at the counter. Apart from that, great place for Prints .

Unfortunately I would say to avoid this location for product returns amazon, return bear, etc. The staff seem confused by their own systems, communication is poor, and nothing is streamlined.nnIf you are returning things for seperate vendors, you must wait in seperate lines, making what should be a simple return transaction using vendor generated qr codes twice as long as necessary.nnThat being said, the staff were courteous and doing their best in a flawed system.
