Always under staffed! Every single time we come there is a long line up for shipping and two other lines for design and only 2 people working. The last 3 times I was here, line up for shipping kept getting longer while absolutely no one was working for around 15 minutes. I don’t know if they get government subsidies or how this works but this is unacceptable!! Staff are polite and nice generally but there is a very big discrepancy between number of customers and staff

This Staples has a great range of office/home/children’s items, and I just learned it hosts occasional workshop events for kids which is awesome.nnThe printing center is super handy if you can’t wait for VistaPrint to mail you stuff, and the shipping center is useful in a pinch.nnThe computer they use in that department is super clunky, but Billy my assistant last time I needed to mail boxes was a whiz at getting it to work properly. He gets top marks on speed and service.

Everything at this store takes so long to do. I came here to pick up a print and waited 10 minutes with only 1 or 2 people ahead of me. Yesterday I went to ship something that only had to be dropped off and I waited in line for almost half an hour because only one person was working the desk and one customer was doing something that took forever. It wasn’t until the line reached 20 people long that they decided to add an extra employee to the desk. I just feel like there’s always a lot of employees here but somehow customers have to wait a long time for service anyway.

Jonathan did not seem to know how to handle our situation properly. We explained that we needed to return a package, but the QR code in our Gmail was not showing or refreshing. Instead of trying to help or offering another solution, he simply told us he could not help without the QR code and moved on to the next customer.nnWe had already called Staples customer service beforehand, and they informed us that the QR code was not necessary for the return. Thankfully, Nashon stepped in and solved the issue within 1 minute. He was professional, helpful, and knew exactly what to do.nnStaples should make sure employees are properly trained and willing to assist customers instead of avoiding the situation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Thank you.

This store is absolutely massive, like a shopping paradise! The service is beyond incredible—every need is met with perfection. You’ll find absolutely everything you could ever want here, and then some! It’s a one-stop wonderland of endless choices!
