Centura Tile

This review is for the supplies department at Centura tiles.nnI am a bathroom and kitchen contractor www.jayousco.ca; i have been buying tile supplies like cutters, spacers and waterproofing since few years from Centura. The quality of the products they sell is very good.nnToday I had to change a wheel on a sigma cutter. BIG THANKS TO CAM AND MATTHEW WHO HELPED IN INSTALLING THE WHEEL.nnVery competitive procing on Shluter brand waterproofing sold here.

Very nice clean and organized store. Displays are well laid out. Order desk staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Weekends it can get busy and I’ve had some problems with getting a proper estimate from the sales staff on the floor. The enclosed loading bay is a nice luxury during the winter. Don’t forget to enjoy the coffee shop by the loading bay.

You can be the first or second person in line to pick up your order, yet you'll still be the 5th maybe 6th to leave with your stuff. I had maybe 12 boxes in my order, not that much yet it took long as usual.nnThankfully there's a nice snack bar while you wait.

Ordered bathroom tile with matching accented tile. At the time of order we were specific about the accented tiles and they were in stock as well. Got email Sept/9 about items available for pickup. Went to pick up today Sept/14, after half hour wait we were told the accented tiles damaged and thrown away, they are no longer available and discontinued.nWe asked that no one checks the items before sending us email about picking them up? They said they do and all was ok last week, if we were to pick up earlier it may have been ok. THERE WAS NO APOLOGIES OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, also made comment that other product is not returnable but doing us favour and canceling order for full refund. FORCING TO GET SOMETHING ELSE.nTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT ABLE TO GIVE PROPER LOGICAL EXPLANATION, MAKING IT SOUND LIKE CUSTOMER’s PROBLEM FOR NOT PICKING UP EARLIER.

Once again we had a great experience today at Centura because of Fatima! She knows her stuff really well which made it easy for us to select the items we needed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know shopping for tiles. Thank you again Fatima!
