This evening I had an extremely bad experience with this store. The price $224.99 is a very good deal with this Asus router and the picture was taken in the morning. This evening I decided and went back to buy this router, before taking the empty box to the cashier, I checked the price tag was still $224.99. However, the empty box does not have bar code for the cashier to scan and she took the box to ask a tall guy. The tall guy said it is $249.99, which I knew it is the online price. I showed the picture to the cashier and she asked her colleague, who went to the tall guy. She and the tall guy went quickly to the shelf and I followed as I expect the guy will check the discrepancy. However, the place where the $224.99 price tag attached was empty. The tall guy was installing a price tag in the place where $224.99 price tag was. He then said tomorrow price will be $279.99 and if you me buy tonight, it is $249.99. I felt being cheated and just walked out.nWhat is going on with staples, I had someone told me purchase of extended warranty is required for the 10% off of an open box item. Now, price tag disappeared mysteriously and 'tomorrow's price tag being attached before end of the day and someone kept repeating the online price. Where was the price tag before then'tomorrow's price tag was put in place? What did it say?

Please clean up your entrance.nnThe snowstorm was last week, and snow is still not cleared.nnEmployees are on their phones, walking around the aisles and doing nothing.nnPlease provide them with shovels and have the entrance properly cleared.nnVery poor customer service, all young students employees and no training.

The printing service has no idea what they are doing. Not knowledgeable in their services or how to format something for it to print the best / look the best. Printed PDF documents on a glossy paper and the ink looked terrible. The ink was bleeding and they were printed on different types of paper. These are needed for my upcoming wedding and they needed to look uniform and the same. He gave that to me without seeing a problem in the product he printed. I had to request it to be printed on a different paper for the ink not to run. I also ordered a 18x24 foam core poster and placed an online order for photo prints. The associate Told me to come back at 3 pm for pick up, my items were not ready, and then they proceeded to give me attitude for coming back before the order was ready and that I should have waited to hear from them. However, they were the ones that told me to come back for 3pm. I never received an email saying the order was ready. Terrible service.

Bhavesh was spectacular. 10/10. He made a stressful experience extremely smooth and easy! Ask for him for a great experience. Amazing customer service. He definitely went above and beyond. If you have anything important or sensitive, seek him!

I was looking to find something for my nephew and it was quite good! So many things for kids! I bought a bottle for him and I also noticed there was a section for some stuff with discounts like cellphone covers and screen protectors!
