They evaluate your items pretty fast. You have to drop them off 2 hrs before closing. You will get a text when you drop off items. Items must in season and somewhat in trend. They should be totally stain and scuff free. You will not get much for items though. Try it out if you don’t particularly want to donate items and don’t have time to sell them online. There is plenty of parking at the is location.
Amazing experience! Whole process took about 40 mins. they took my bags, I got a text when they were done and it was super easy. I brought about 27 items, they took 18 and I received almost $200. It was worth my time and the staff were really nice too. Coming back to sell some shoes soon as well. Loved it
This place isn’t worth it for selling your secondhand clothes. I brought 4 big bags and they only took 3 items, giving me just $30—can you believe it? The staff didn’t even check all my bags; they only accepted big brand items like Coach and Michael Kors, and those were only $10 each! The rest will just go in the recycling bin next to Popeye’s. Honestly, if you live far away, it’s more time and cost-efficient to just toss everything in the bin instead of coming here for so little.
Took 3 items out of a gigantic bag of brand name items where a lot had tags still attached.nWere not friendly at all, and I doubt they even went through the entire bag.nI’ve come here before and they have taken almost everything except a few things. I don’t even care about the money - but the clothes were good.nThey’ve since gone downhill
Went in with 3 bags and left with 3 bags. Waited for over an hour while being told it would only take 15 minutes.nnThey only book 4 items for 20$ despite the 3 bags containing summer/autumn items and are “in season”. They took the top item of clothing from the bag as the items below have been untouched and folded by myself.nBags had items from brands such as Guess, Calvin Klein, Brandy Melville, Le Chateau, Jordan, TNA, H&M, Dynamite etc.nnUntouched bags, dismissive attitude and overall just a lack of care/lazy. The employees don’t really want to help you. And all the reviews about the dirty shoes and clothes on the rack in bad condition… is all true.nnHow some of the stuff in garbage condition gets purchased but stuff in perfect/good condition does not because it’s “not in style” or “not in season”. Does not make sense and is a waste for time for people. Just go somewhere else or sell your stuff online.nnWill not be returning here, nobody should.
