Is it really that difficult to be polite to people? I wanted to buy more of the Eco Cotton I purchased in the fall because it’s made from RECYCLED cotton and is softer and easier to work with than the Loops & Thread Classic Cotton. It also has more yardage at a lower price. When I could not find it on the shelf, I asked at the counter. The woman cut me off mid sentence and made me listen to a SNARKY as heck misinformed monologue about the history of rebranding for the classic cotton still being sold and how there was no difference between the two. I tried to explain and offered to show her my receipt that clearly shows it was a different yarn altogether. She did not take a moment to look at the receipt, offered more snark and then just walked away. I would ask Michaels to consider restocking the Eco Cotton however it is unlikely I will shop here again. Thankfully there are loads of other places to buy yarn where the employees are both friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the products. EDIT: a quick internet search revealed that the Eco Cotton has been discontinued not rebranded which is really too bad. Now I will never be able to finish my project.

Management rolled his eyes right in front of me when I was returning a merchandise that was defected today.nMaybe don’t sell open box damaged items this was an online order and pick up what is happening to customers service in Canada

If you are not a craft person you may find hard to find what you need in the store. Not to many employees neither . Overall the store is good

One of my most beloved craft stores. I always find something to buy here.

Very nice place. So many art materials and yarns available in store.
