Treehouse Indoor Playground - South Calgary

Treehouse is an indoor playground in the Midnapore area Deep SE. Overall, it has large slides, climbing structures, ball pits, mini driving spaces and spiral slides. It has an arcade that's okay for kids 12 and under. And has a toddler zone for kids 2 and younger. It's a pretty awesome option for families in the deep south east. It's always crowded so there are always kids to play with. The biggest issue is staffing. The staff are not trained well in customer service and supervision of anything taking place. If other kids are not following rules and you report to the staff, it's pretty much dismissed. If kids are bullying your child, the staff doesn't do anything about it. There are always long lines at check in and out of the three counter machines/computers, only one is ever used. There are always lineups at the points reward counter, at the food counter and the check in counter. There's no way to call/contact staff.

We really enjoyed this place! Yesterday was the first time we went there and it happened that we fell in love with this playground. I did enjoy as much as our 2 years old son. I followed along with my little explorer and we were an excellent team in discovering all the features and hidden locations this place has. So much fun we had in the balloon areanwhere you should put the little balls into the play gun and press the button to see the air magic. We recommend this place to spend a better time with your little ones. And yes, we shoot the bee at that room

If you're looking for a spot where your kids can have a blast and let off some steam, this place is definitely worth checking out. However, keep in mind that it can get quite crowded and chaotic, and some of the machines may fail to dispense tickets. Nevertheless, the security is top-notch, so rest assured that you cannot leave without staff assistance.

A super fun place for the kids to play, the staff is friendly. My only issue is that a lot of things still haven’t been fixed and some of this is over a year now of like tons of stuff my kids care about in the indoor playground being out of order along with some arcade games. This is a problem at this location as well as the North and Red Deer location whenever we go, but more so at this location specifically with broken stuff still like the boat and way more. We always have a great time with Treehouse and will be coming back soon. Perfect for those chilly days but still wanting to keep the kids active! The bathrooms are always clean, they have lots of food and drink options, and the staff is always very helpful and keep the place spic and span. Took some pics of things that don’t work proper or are broken but there is definitely more unfortunately. It wouldn’t be so annoying if it wasn’t like over a year for some of it. Maybe take it out and replace entirely at that point cause it’s annoying to spend so much money and things not be working proper that my kids want to use. Especially the boat.

I had my daughters 9th birthday party here, and it was amazing. I booked everything online a month in advance, and it was super easy to do. They called and checked in a week before the party to go over everything and make sure the menu and guest list were correct. We had the party room for 90 minutes, and they decorated with a theme of our choice and even had a Pikachu mascot come say hi to the kids. Everyone got their own pizza and drinks with game tokens as well. We also had our own party helper to assist with anything during our day there. Everyone was happy, and the entire party experience was stress free, and we were able to just enjoy the special day. I would highly recommend this place for a kids' party.
