Chinook Mall Medical Clinic

I had a walk-in pre-scheduled interview today with Dr. Deborah. I was having trouble in choosing a clinic since most of those have below 3 ratings but decided to go with the Chinook one. I have to say I had a pleasant experience. The receptionist was quick to set me up in the system. While I had to wait a bit beyond my scheduled time, I kinda understand that this happens due to pressure on the doctors from so many patients. Anyway, Dr Deborah listened to my problem carefully and I am happy with her service.

Went for the first time a few weeks ago and I cannot believe the results! Not just that, but the customer service was exceptional. Truly such a kind staff, especially Dr. Obu. Honestly, all of them were incredible. Cannot recommend this place enough. I’ll be returning very soon!

Dr. Hiba Rabei is amazing! I appreciate that she takes the time to listen to her patients, ensure they feel heard, and get the care they need.nnThe front desk staff were very nice and informative.

I visited the clinic this morning for a UTI and needed antibiotics. Right after checking in, the administrative staff gave me a urine sample cup, which they processed before I even saw the doctor. This isn’t something I’ve ever experienced before, and it saved so much time—brilliant! I was quickly called in to see Dr. Obu, who was kind, attentive, and promptly prescribed the antibiotics I needed.nnAs a Vancouver resident, I appreciated that the clinic directly billed BC MSP, so there was no upfront cost for me. Overall, I’m very impressed with the clinic’s organization and efficiency.

First I just want to say the doctors here are at least well versed and show care. Such as Dr. Hanif and Dr. Lahl who I find knowledgeable and give good client care.nnThe reason for my 2 star review is the appointment setting time. I honestly do not understand the need to set an appointment, then show up early but have to wait 30 min or more just for said appointment to be completed? I understand that clinics get busy. But honestly what is the purpose of setting an appointment when that said time is not met for the client? As if the client has the whole day to wait. Are not the purpose of appointments for organization/scheduling? It’s just frustrating when you always have to wait 30 min to an hour after your set appointment. If this can be approved this would be great. As this clinic has a great location.
