Chinook Mall Medical Clinic

First I just want to say the doctors here are at least well versed and show care. Such as Dr. Hanif and Dr. Lahl who I find knowledgeable and give good client care.nnThe reason for my 2 star review is the appointment setting time. I honestly do not understand the need to set an appointment, then show up early but have to wait 30 min or more just for said appointment to be completed? I understand that clinics get busy. But honestly what is the purpose of setting an appointment when that said time is not met for the client? As if the client has the whole day to wait. Are not the purpose of appointments for organization/scheduling? It’s just frustrating when you always have to wait 30 min to an hour after your set appointment. If this can be approved this would be great. As this clinic has a great location.

Booking an appointment was easy- I would have been able to go the next day for an appointment. That is not common at other clinics!nDr. Rabei is extremely kind, professional and efficient. I am so glad we found her! Thanks again.

Changing my review because some things change. If you book an appointment, you'll be seen 20 minutes after your appointment time. If you're walking in, about 30 minutes plus wait time. So honestly, booking and not booking is almost the same thing. Some staff are nice, some are not. The dr's are alright so far. Atmosphere is alright.nnWhen staff says soon, it means 10 plus minutes of wait time.

I had the worst experience today.nEven though I had an appointment, my little kid and I had to waste 40 minutes waiting to get into the room. Then, we had to wait even longer to see the doctor.nAs I had a dentist appointment afterward, and I didn't want to be late due to their unprofessional management, I gave up on seeing the doctor and left for the dentist.nNow, I need to make a new appointment for my sick kid, and I won’t be returning to them

I saw Dr Ayoub as a walk in recently and she was very thorough, took time to listen to my concerns and addressed it.nWaiting time was less than 10minsnI am so happy to have found this clinicnnI am not sure why people write negatively about this clinic because I have been there several times and the front staff were so lovely especially Yasmine and ChloenI have been seeing Dr Wahbi until she moved and now I see Dr Obu and I cannot be happier with their services
