Simply put, this was the best service experience I have ever had. I called in to set up an appointment and got all the information including an estimated cost.nWhen I was going in for my made appointment I was going to be late, but rather than reschedule me they took the truck anyway at 6:30pm after hours and worked on it during the evening. It was done by 10:30pm that night, WOW!!!!nnThe work done was done right and professionally. The staff were all very kind and polite, and the retail center was clean, organized well laid out.nnUse with confidence !

We are from BC and broke a leaf spring and axle on the highway with our 35’ fifth wheel.. Long story short they got us in ASAP and replaced 2 axles, replaced brakes, packed bearings, replaced 4 springs and a wheel alignment. Excellent price ad fast service and very professional. We had Nick to take care of us from start to finish and made us feel very comfortable. He needs to be employee of the month. Please pass on our greatest thanks for his professionalism. Will tell everyone where to get work done.

I've been going to standens for parts for my trailers for over 20 years. They are always excellent and extremely helpful. Just had them measure my bearings they were too worn and no visible part #. They got me the exact right ones for $15/wheel. Awesome shop.

We have gone to Standens for years as they were the only company to provide the services we needed. If we had known of other options we would have used them instead. Their customer service is appalling, they are abrupt and rude on the phone and in person. I have taken our boat trailer there a few times for work and not once have they offered to assist me with unhooking or hooking up. I am a 5' tall 54 yr/old woman, I am competent to do it solo, however being offered assistance would have been great customer service. Their timelines to complete simple work is ridiculous. Recently a 3 hour job took 7 hours with no explanation as to why. Due to their incompetence we had to take our trailer in 8 months after the last service. There other options out there.
