I brought my daughter in for an X-ray at around 3:00 PM on Saturday, May 4th. She is a minor with a disability and was understandably scared during the procedure.nnUnfortunately, the X-ray technician who initially assisted us came across as rude and lacking empathy. At one point, she mentioned that they had many patients and could not proceed if my daughter did not cooperate. While I understand that they may have a busy schedule, the way this was communicated felt insensitive and not appropriate for someone working with vulnerable patients.nnHealthcare professionals should show patience and compassion, especially when dealing with children, individuals with disabilities, or patients who may need extra time and reassurance. Situations like this require understanding, not pressure.nnThankfully, another technician later stepped in and provided a much better experience. He was kind, patient, and took the time to explain the process clearly to my daughter, which helped her feel more comfortable and supported. His approach made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and empathy.nnI also appreciate their walk-in system, as it was efficient and we did not have to wait very long.nnOverall, I hope Mayfair Diagnostics continues to emphasize compassionate patient care among all staff members.

Had a need for MRI and would have waited a year public...even though my surgical consult in in 1 month. So paid the fee. WORLD Class Service! On time. Excellent and competent staff. And within hours a comprehensive report from radiology and images for my doctor's! Worth the money if you can! And yes they provide receipts for tax.

I recently went to the Mayfair Place for a bone density and mammogram test. The staff was incredibly accommodating and put me completely at ease. I usually have a lot of anxiety and pain during mammograms, but the technician was so gentle and patient. For the first time ever, the test was completely painless. and stress-free. Thank you for making such a daunting experience. I will highly recommend this place.

This was an amazing experience! I was very nervous, but the staff were so kind, patient and caring. They made me feel calm, safe and comfortable right away. Everyone was friendly, warm and very professional. The whole process was smooth, clean and well organized. I’m very grateful for such wonderful care. Highly recommend!
