HORRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID!!!nnI visited this registry today to help my wife with her Class 7 driver's license knowledge test, and it was a complete waste of time. My wife has PR, and we had all the required documents, including bank statements and an Alberta health card. Despite this, the staff member insisted we needed newer bank statements, which made no sense since everything was up-to-date.nnFrustrated, I decided to go to another registry, and guess what? My wife was able to take her knowledge test without any issues. It's clear that this registry doesn't know what they're doing and just wasted our time. I strongly advise you to go elsewhere if you want competent service. I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is completely unreliable.

I phoned ahead and put my name on the list, they were ready to take me within 15 minutes of my phone call. Very friendly staff, efficient as well. I would highly recommend this Alberta registry office! Also, they are in a strip mall besides Circle K so parking was free & available. This is a major consideration when visiting businesses in the Marda Loop area if you ask me.

I went for the 5th time at the Alberta Registry, as I had been asked to provide every time, a different document!!! However, even if I am disappointed by the lack of coherence between the different offices in Calgary, I had always been treated with respect except today at that particular office where I faced a very rude agent, not trying even to help and trying to understand. He lied in front of us and denied my husband's same documents had been accepted before they were and he could proceed with the exact same documents I used and that were refused for me.nnIt is really a shame to see that kind of behaviour in a public service space. I thought there were no worse administrative places than in my country, I was obviously wrong. I left as I felt insulted and I will try in some other place, where people might be treated with respect.
