Was required to use tech support to determine a control board issue.   And Jay was a wealth of knowledge as we worked through the trouble shooting.

Production supervisor, and some office staffs they don't have unity don't care the people working inside. They said health and safety is priority but sorry for those worker assigned in the area of the blower machine is on ,instead of heater during winter time. I observed worker inside scared to voice - out there right. Not good management. Not care for workers just there needs. They trained people for safety but i saw one of the supervisor not wearing the protected eye protection and ear protection. They are the model suppost to be of safety but one of them showing not following the safety.

I was here to pick up three AHU waited 7 hrs to be loaded guy in shipping was super rude. Loader had no idea about how to load the units. Total disaster

Staff is not Co-operative at all.
