We have been going to this clinic for a while without any issues, but our recent experience after having a baby has been very disappointing. I called ahead to confirm if we could see the doctor as a walk-in because I have a one-month-old baby and wanted to ensure we wouldn’t be waiting unnecessarily. I was reassured over the phone that we would see the doctor.nnHowever, when we arrived, we were told to wait for two hours. It’s clear that whoever gave those instructions has no understanding of what it’s like to have a newborn. Babies cannot wait for hours — they need constant care, and sitting in a clinic waiting room or waiting in a car with a baby in a car seat is simply not practical. No one offered a private room for us to wait in, making the situation even worse.nnThis experience has shown that poor reception staff can ruin an otherwise good clinic. Very disappointing.

If I could give a minus star review I would. Do not go to this place!!! My 82 yr old mother is a patient of Dr Stephen. She has been very sick with pneumonia type symptoms. At the onset of symptoms she waited 4 days to see if she’d get better on her own, when she didn’t she called Dr Stephen only to be told we’re booked solid so stay home and don’t bother going to hospital as they’re also totally booked. My mother has a heart condition so pneumonia could cause severe issues including death. She waited another week and was not getting better. I’m not a Dr but even I know she needs antibiotics. We called Dr Stephen a second time and explained the situation and that she’s getting worse not better. This time we were told that my mother could get a phone consult in a weeks time but no appointments open. I’m taking her to urgent care this morning as we can’t wait for these people. Please if you value your health do not go here they are absolutely disgustingly useless. My next call will be to AMA to report this clinic!!!nI’m adding on to this review 2 weeks later. I ended up taking my mother to a walk in clinic in Millrise. The Dr examined my mom and typed out a note to give to the ER Dr and told me to take her to emergency at the hospital right away. We’ve never been to this clinic but they were that concerned for her!! Surprise…she needed antibiotics! We will now be going to this clinic as they have a Dr that is taking new patients!!!

I called today around 1245pm to see my Dr Ogo. Of course she was all booked up, she is every time I am sick and need to see someone. The receptionist said to come in at 2pm and the wait shouldn’t be too long ….well it’s been almost 1.5 hours and I am still sitting here. I am immunocompromised, and don’t understand why anyone would have yo wait this long for a walk in especially when you were invited to come. Hopefully I am in soon….but I think it’s time to find another dr…..I miss Dr Narang so much !!!!

Pissed me off completely!!! I made my appoint to see MY Dr last month for Aug6 2:45pm. As a current patient I expect to not have to wait 40 minutes past my appointment!!!!! Happened last time too! Reception could not care less!!! Very poor manners towards their clients. Will mention it to my Dr if I ever get in!!

Dr Stephen Adilih is an amazing doctor. Very patient, diligent and caring. Answers all questions I have no matter how small or ridiculous. Happy I made the choice to visit!
