Tim Hortons

This morning I went through the drive-thru as usual and stopped at the speaker for a few seconds. No one greeted me, so I said “hello.” The employee, who identified herself as Amber, responded: “Gosh, so impatient, you can’t wait?”nnWhen I placed my order, she followed with: “That’s it? Wow.”nnI have never experienced such disrespectful service at a fast-food establishment. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. Employees should treat customers with courtesy and professionalism—Amber’s conduct was the opposite.nnOne negative experience like this can spoil the entire reputation of your business. I hope this matter is addressed promptly so that no other customer has to be treated this way.

The coffee here is always fresh, which I love — but it’s Carolyn who really makes my day. She’s got that classic, old-school coffee shop vibe with a “Here’s your coffee, drink it and wake up!” attitude that always puts a smile on my face. Her customer service is some of my favorite anywhere. Thanks for starting my mornings off right, Carolyn!

If you want downright amazing service and your order made correctly every time this is the place to be the staff at this Tim Hortons is truly above and beyond fantastic

This is my favourite store. They all know me and know my order before I get there

There is an employee May. She is outright rude, got the order wrong and was very rude in her behaviour. I don’t know why she’s being forced to work over there because she clearly doesn’t want to.
