I recently visited this Starbucks branch, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and the friendly staff.nThe service was exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.nIt's refreshing to find a place where you can enjoy quality coffee and exceptional service.nI highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a great coffee experience.

Dear Store Manager: When are you going to serve paying customers instead of the high school kids taking up tables and not buying anything? A few paying customers couldn’t sit in your restaurant today because of this ongoing problem and I watched them not buy anything and leave. Time to act?

Such a shame a location can be ruined by one employee but Kelly has dissolved any trust I had in having a good experience. Each time I had my drinks made by her I’ve had a poorly made drink, an absolute mess on the outside of my cup like, how?! and most recently left me standing waiting for ten minutes for my drinks only to find she had made them just didn’t put them up on the bar or called them out in any way shape or form. The store was empty. Probably because she’s driven all the customers away.

I love Starbucks. I was quite happy to be able to sit by the window, and that they were open on New Years day. My only criticism is that the chairs by the window is insufficient space for 6 people to sit across one another comfortably. It is my suggestion that instead of 3x2 table seats, remove one 2 top, and just have the 2x2 table seats. I also suggest sanding or varnishing the tables as they look scratched and worn. And lastly, I suggest better chairs. The chairs are too low and very uncomfortable to sit on for any period of time.

The staff are always a delight! My coffee is made perfectly and is always ready when I get here for pick up.nnI’d avoid school lunch hours and right after schools ends as this entire place gets taken over by teenagers and becomes loud with exceptionally long lines.
