This location is getting better these days! Looks like the number of homeless people has greatly reduced during nights and its much cleaner than before! Good customer service! Congratulations for the management and manager! Keep rocking!

had 20 minutes to kill while I waited for my bus at main station, there were 2 people ahead of me in line.nnThey were served, and I waited, and waited... and waited even longer, 17 minutes to be exact.nnNo one approached the register to take my order, the staff had no challenges while they were socializing with each other in the corner for 15 minutes.nnI'm never coming back here.

Maria named girl was working at around 8:50 pm , is maria supposed to give a cold latte to a customer? And is it closing and cleaning more important than a customer I left the place with the cold latte because I didn’t checked and i ordered hot latte she punched hot even as soon as I taste the latte it was iced cold and then I called the restaurant to let them know to double check the drinks before you serve and then she started replying me by attitude and hangup the phone on my face I was still speaking. Is she authorised owner or something why she is having this much of power Totally disappointed by the service . Although I am the most regular person of the Tims. I will try to connect Headquarters.

I’m a regular customer at this location, and the staff is friendly and inviting. I always get a “good morning, how are you”, and they know my order which makes everything go quickly and smoothly.
