Great experience at Tim Hortons! The store was clean and service was quick. Special thanks to crew members Kabita, Sajanth and Maria very friendly, polite, and made my visit pleasant. Keep up the good work

Kabita, Sajanth, and Maria delivered outstanding service at Tim Hortons. They were friendly, attentive, and professional, making my visit truly enjoyable. Their teamwork, positive attitude, and dedication to customer satisfaction were excellent.

Whoever this lady is she claimed to be the supervisor on the site on jan 16 around 10p.m. She lacks customer service manners. I asked her for the name and she said her name is whatever. Rude woman to other customers as well right off the bat. I have the video as well where they almost tried to refuse me the service. I will take it to the tims corporate. I feel like i have been discriminated and refused service for simply no reason.nnTo this lady in the picture i hope you learn some customer service manners some day.

I ordered coffee at this Tim Hortons, but I noticed a fly on the donuts being served. I politely asked the staff to throw away the donuts, but they refused. This was very disappointing and concerning from a food safety perspective. Customers expect clean and safe food, and I did not feel that proper hygiene standards were followed. I hope management takes this issue seriously and improves their food handling practices.
