Tim Hortons

This place gets 0 stars from me. Lady was rude, impatient and tried to overcharge me for a bagel and I found a dirty label floating in my coffee. Had to throw it out as many dirty hands have most likely touched that label. Absolutely disgusting and won’t be returning to this location.

Staff are friendly when I have been there. Problem is the seating layout. They have two long tables against the wall which can seat a lot of people but if someone is sitting at one and you sit beside them, you get an evil stare. Take away the long tables and bring the single seaters please. A lot of homeless/shelter people visit this location and it can be a scary place and smelly. I was there the other day with one person taking a whole long table to charge 3 cell phones and that is all they were doing. Staff are smart not to do anything because I would fear for their safety.

This Tim Horton is in the area where I work. I did not have good experience in previous time as well, but did not want to spend time writing review. I went this morning as well. As a costumer, I wanted to use their washroom, but the employee told me “out of order”. I didn’t see any signs saying out of order. I can understand they might be super busy, but is washroom a very big deal to manage and provide to their Costomer? The owner should think about it.

This is probably the worst location in the city. I don't feel safe going to this location. It's over run with homeless people who don't order anything and take over all the seating, it's really dirty, there is constantly a line up, service is horrible, orders get screwed up etc.nWhat I don't get is that it's a fast food establishment and shouldn't there be a bathroom for customers to use? Not at this location. They probably close it down to keep the homeless people from coming in.nLuckily, there are other Tim's locations near by. I will never be returning to this location.

I’ll say 0 star to this place ,customer service is worst . The front staff to back staff all of them are so rude made our morning worst. Their ice cap is filled with water and even the manager doesn’t have good customer service. I’ll never come back to this place, this was our third time and how we get treated as a customer is wrong.
