Tim Hortons

This is honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Tim Hortons. I ordered Blueberry and Birthday Cake Tim Bites, and what I received was completely wrong. There were ZERO blueberries, and instead they threw in chocolate Tim Bites that I did NOT order.nHow does this even happen? These are basic items, and yet no one bothered to check the order before handing it out. This is not a small mistake — it’s pure carelessness. I paid for specific flavors and received something entirely different.nIf this location cannot handle a simple order correctly, then there is a serious problem with training and quality control. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this location to anyone who expects to actually receive what they ordered.

Just went thru the drive thru and ordered a lg steep tea dbl/dbl and they gave us a medium coffee, At the window they asked for the coffee back which I have never had at a Tim’s, they have always told me they cannot take back the order which is ok whatever but I’m 100% sure these guys are gonna pond it off to the next customer it was placed back like a pick up order. They also had a fun little argument in front of me before giving me the correct drink. So safe to say I did not drink this and some health service should really look into this location I’m sure it’s shady and not up to standard. You see those videos and hear those stories of Tim’s repurposing food I’m sure this is one of those locations.

I had a very upsetting experience at this Tim Hortons because of the employee’s rude and disrespectful behavior. I ordered a coffee, but when I tasted it, it was not made according to my order. I politely told the employee that the taste was not right and asked if it could be remade.nnInstead of listening or handling it professionally, she responded in a very rude way and said she could not take my cup because I had already taken a sip.nWhen I requested again for the coffee to be remade properly, she became visibly angry and made the coffee with a bad attitude. Her behavior was very disrespectful, and what made it worse was that her team members were standing there watching the whole situation.nI felt embarrassed, disrespected, and very uncomfortable. As a customer, I was polite the entire time and only asked for my order to be corrected. There was no reason for the employee to behave in such an aggressive and unprofessional manner.nThis experience left me with a very bad feeling, and it does not match the standard of customer service Tim Hortons is known for. I hope management takes this seriously and trains their staff to treat customers with basic respect .

Ordered for Herb & Garlic pastry and it was not heated so asked one of the staff to heat it up for me, guess what this lady staff heats it up in microwave and makes my pastry soggy. This is unacceptablenStill I had it because I did not want them to throw it.

Really good drive-thru experience here. I stopped in for a coffee and it was fresh, made exactly the way I asked, and ready right on time. The staff were friendly and efficient, which made the whole visit quick and easy. I’d definitely come back to this location.
