Tim Hortons

Got a bagel that had a huge piece of plastic in it. When asked for manager they said they weren’t there. So I went to corporate as this is a major food safety issue and someone could have been seriously injured. All they did was send me an email apologizing. So pathetic. Don’t even bother advocating for yourself, Tim Hortons has lost their quality significantly. Avoid this place they’re not clean nor careful with your food. I realize it’s fast food but that doesn’t mean I should be eating plastic? If Tim Hortons replies to this asking for me to email their customer service I will laugh cuz they don’t even do anything!!! Just just ignore your email, the reply is all for show

Very poor customer service. I waited for 15 minutes for my food. No one called my name, and I was ignored by the staff at Tim’s. My food was cold by the time I received it. The staff member simply placed the food on the counter without calling my name or any receipt.

Very dissapointed experience at this Tim Hortons. The service was extremely slow—my order took about 20 minutes to come out. On top of that, when I asked for a refund, this indian staff didn’t seem to know how to process it and I ended up waiting even longer. Communication was difficult, couldn't even scan my points and overall the experience left me frustrated. Definitely not what I expect from Tim Hortons

There is a guy working named as Vince that a black guy he has been very impolite and unprofessional to menI just asked excused me to the other associate on the different billing computer and that guy just yelled at me as if I’m someone who is begging.nI have seen many times locations but never seen an unprofessional guy like him.nThis guy was approximately treating everyone like the same.nHe should not continue to work with Tim Hortons anymore.nHe also yelled and asked me to leave from the Tim.nHe have no right to do this. This guy should be terminated from the job to maintain dignity and well being of the outlet

Gulfam went above and beyond for my friends and I. Made fresh batch of bagels and made it exactly how its supposed to me unlike other locations. Loved the food and atmosphere.
