Tim Hortons

This Tim Hortons location is amazing. Shout out to their amazing staff. I come here almost every day as i work at the mall and the staff is always friendly and fast with service. The food and drink are always good and come out fast. I know their staff has to tolerate some difficult encounters and i’ve seen them to an amazing job of handling everything.

This just opened at Market Mall West Entrance where used to be a Starbucks.nCurrently i find it understaffed with inexperienced staff.nBe prepared for a longer than usual waiting time specially if you order sandwiches.nI will change my rating if things get better and they bring more staff.nInside is small with just few tables, best to grab your coffee and go sit by the food court.

Food - Nutella croissants come out for a limited time. Don’t be so stingy on the Nutella filling. If I wanted a plain croissant that’s what I’d get.nnService - The cashier Brad was a young fellow. Very friendly, great communicator. The helpers / servers are fast and friendly, The manager, when addressed about the problem said “maybe the other places aren’t doing the filling to standard” Just what a Nutella fan, who has had great experiences with Nutella Croissants across Alberta wants to hear - not.nnAtmosphere - heavy rock music? At University District? Has this place become a truckers’ and bikers’ stop? I love those stops, just don’t realize this was one! I’ll let my friends know!nnThanks for the memorable experience.

The people from Philippines who work here are some of the rudest and most unprofessional workers you'll ever meet. Especially the guy named Marcus. They hand people the wrong order and then they like to argue and shout at the customer trying to put it on the customer and avoid taking responsibility, even though the customer specifically tries to get confirmation when being handed the food. And then when the customer gets upset they further try make sarcastic comments at the customer to manipulate the situation. Zero care for customer service. Wouldn't come here again. Not worth the headache or having your day ruined.

I got Amex card as per online I found out Tim hortons accepts Amex card. But now I find out the market mall outlet doesn’t accept Amex. My wife works at Market Mall. We used to have our morning breakfast at Tim’s Market mall. We usually spend more than 500 per month. Now that I learnt it doesn’t accept Amex we are switching to have our breakfast in Starbucks inside SafewaynnIt’s disappointing that we have to change breakfast place, I wish market mall outlet could accept Amex card.nnDon’t get me wrong, the food and staffs are amazing. 5 star for their service. I just give 4 star review because they don’t accept Amex card.
