Tim Hortons

I understand that you guys are typically busy but this Saturday morning was not when I pre ordered and came in. I used to work in fast food when I was younger and understand the rush of things but giving this extremely burnt food to a customer who ordered ahead of time is very deceptive and unacceptable. You could have remade this before you put it in the wrapping or communicated this to me, there is no possible way you could not see how burnt this is before placing this in the wrapping. It was not even busy when I came in, your staff legit saw how burnt this was and put it in wrapping thinking I would happily eat this, I should bring it back and serve it to them to eat.

Today we went for a nice walk enjoying the weather. Stopped at this Tim Horton’s place to enjoy coffee and 4 cheeses twists. To our chagrin we noticed that the twists shrunk to almost half of their original size while price stayed the same. What a shame human greed does not know shame. We will not be coming here again.

Poor management and customer skills. They never smile at the customers. also I was about to order and a guy was cleaning the floor in front of the cashier he knew Im standing there we even made eye contact! but he kept cleaning the floor! So I asked him for a help he finally stopped cleaning and took my order. He should not be working in customer service.

Very SLOW service especially when it was really not that busy there were more people working behind the counter than there were customers in the store and I waited 20 minutes + for 4 breakfast wraps 2 donuts a muffin and a cold drink. I wish this location wasn’t so convenient for me as I would never come back to this location if it wasn’t so close.

The best Tims I ever went. Service is amazing, the staff is showing dedication in making drinks or foods. I used to order at this store very frequently, I remembered a crew member called Albert one day I drop my phone accidentally at store he even help me keep it and return for me next day. I feel very grateful. if u order there is line up, please also respect the team member as they always thrive their best to serve peoples request.
