Tim Hortons

I, for some reason, have continued go to this tim hortons even though they continually get our order wrong so that I can avoid the super long line up at the Crowfoot location. I have been coming to this tim hortons for 4 years and will not be giving them my money any longer. 9 times out of 10 our order is wrong and it's just embarrassing at this point. My husband asked them to confirm this morning that my iced cap was made with chocolate milk because it looked lighter than normal I hate cream and they said yes; it was definitely made with cream and tasted like it had vanilla in it as well...also no tomato on my daughter's bagel in which we paid extra for. Staff either can't read or need to pay closer attention to detail. You've just lost $100 ish per week customers - we will not be going here any longer.

Been going through the drive thru here for years in a delivery van. They recently installed a height bar now I’ll never go here again. A different franchise owner told me that delivery vans makeup 1-2% of his drive through and said it wouldn’t be financially beneficial and just plain WEIRD to install a height bar. The brand isn’t doing well but this location apparently is.

Usually their timbits are pretty dry but it’s whatever, this time tho it was horrible. They were not fully coated with the glazing, it was glazed like a quarter way?? Inside was super dry and like I said I’m usually not so picky but this was the last time I will be getting timbits from here. They don’t even replace it either

Getting better, 50/50 shot for this location to have the Four Cheese Bagel in stock, like don’t you want my money. And sometimes it is evident the bagel is not fresh. Unenthusiastic workers.

The season cups are out and here is little miss enjoying the white chocolate. We got this through the drive thru and she patiently waited for it to cool off. A refreshing way to get the season started
