Tim Hortons

This is what we got, ordered 3 bagel with cream cheese. We got burnt bagels with no cream cheese. Called them and the person on the phone was very rude and sarcastic. Talked back at us like we do not know what we ordered. This location is the worst if I can rate them -100 I will. Ordered 8/10 at 7:30am through doordash.

I came in the store and the employees were cleaning the place especially the display where the donuts and muffins were supposed to be at. I placed an order with one of the staff who was cleaning, Raman is her name she then proceeded to make my order without washing or disinfecting her hands. I approached one staff which was a guy, and told him my concern. He said he’s just new there.. idk what its got to do about my complain. So I told the other staff which was a girl and she proceeded to tell me “she wasn’t cleaning” and giggled. She then told Raman my concern but Raman just proceeded to continue making my drink and food. It is such terrible and disgusting way to attend a sanitary complain. I walked out with the order but didn’t eat it at all. I don’t know what else were they cleaning or how were they cleaning the place prior to me walking in and I’m not about to risk it and get food poisoning or cross contamination with the chemical/s they were using to clean.

My recent visit to Tim Hortons near Pizza Hut, on Symons Valley Road around 5:30 pm was disappointing, as the donut shelves were nearly empty despite the store closing at 10 pm. Limited to a few muffins, bagels and timbits, it seemed like leftovers from the start of the morning. I asked the clerk about more donuts, I was told they had stopped making them for the day. This isn't the first occurrence, and it's frustrating that a popular chain consistently runs out of a well before closing time. On Valentine's Day especially, it's surprising they wouldn't seize the opportunity for extra revenue. The policy of halting donut production five hours before closing is baffling, and management should reconsider their standards to enhance both customer satisfaction and staff morale. I understand it's just a donut but it's frustrating because it's always like this around 4pm or later. I don't blame the staff either, I feel sorry for them. I manage to get 12 donuts but feel sorry for the drive thru as they were requesting donuts at the same time and the server had to tell them they only had a few left. There were also 2 people in the line behind me. I hope they weren't dissatisfied like I was.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a Tim Hortons. We ordered through Skip the dishes, but the issue wasn't with them, as the bag was sealed and in good order when it arrived.nnWe ordered a bacon/egg farmer's wrap and a croissant BELT breakfast sandwich.nnWhat we actually got was something different.nnThe BELT had no bacon, lettuce, or tomato. It had a couple pieces of sausage. It was charred black on top and was thrown in the bottom of the bag upside down without the packaging packaging was beside it in the bag so it somehow must have shifted. Although the bag was upside down.nnThe farmers wrap came with a TON of bacon all piled up, slices of sausage and very little egg which was smushed. I don't eat sausage at all. It was such a mess. It also was wrapped in a paper wrapping instead of the usual box packaging it comes in. It was flat, like someone had stepped on it.nnI called the store. They laughed it off saying they had a new guy in training and to call skip and get a refund or to come back to the store and have it re-made which kind of defeats the purpose of using Skip. They're pretty much just saying they don't care about skip orders or the quality of their food/what they send out because it was a delivery and then becomes Skip's problem. Ok fine, but what about the delivery fee, tip and being without food to eat the food wasn't really edible in the condition it arrived in.nnSkip refunded the two breakfast items after we sent pictures of what we received.nnWill not be ordering from this store again

After multiple visits, it is clear that this franchise is very poorly managed. The staff have miserable attitudes and work ethic. It is dirty and they are out of menu items constantly. I have to repeat my order several times and then still get the wrong items. It almost makes you wonder if they are just messing with customers on purpose and can't actually be this bad by mistake.
