The Maytag Store

I am a big fan of Maytag appliances so this store was my first and last stop for a new washing machine. Service was fantastic, and they had stock available immediately as well. The company they use to deliver, set up and remove the old machine were absolutely amazing as well. On time, efficient and polite.

I first purchased 2 appliances from this store and when it was time to purchase 2 more, I didn't even hesitate. I got in the car and drove straight there. Very professional and knowledgeable. Extremely happy with the service. Highly recommend!!!

I purchased a part here to fix my stove. I paid for the part in advance and picked a couple days later. After examining the part, it seemed that there was a connection point that was missing. I called and spoke with Roya to see if she could help me find the missing piece. She was beyond rude and not helpful at all. Terrible customer support! She said that I couldn't return it even though it had not been opened and there's no warranty either. Although they say that they are a direct supplier I would AVOID this place at all costs as their after sale support is terrible! Take your business elsewhere.

Just had an absolutely fantastic experience with Farhad and the Maytag store in Newmarket! We had to buy all new appliances for a kitchen remodel and he went above and beyond to ensure we understood all our choices, could get the products we needed on time and worked hard to be extremely competitive with his pricing! You can’t get any better than this experience. If you’re looking for new appliances this is the place to go!

Purchased a Maytag washing machine on March 26; it was delivered on April 3. This was our second appliance purchase with The Maytag Store; the first was our Maytag dryer. The overall experience on the purchase of our washing machine was very good and excellent. Our sales representative was Farhad. Throughout the purchasing experience, my wife and I felt like valued customers, and Farhad was friendly and courteous -- answering all of our questions, as well as subsequent questions via email correspondence beyond our purchase. Farhad embodied professionalism, for which we were grateful. The delivery personnel were also friendly and courteous -- and very efficient. They called the day before to confirm their arrival time, giving us a two-hour window, and they arrived and departed well within that window. Removing our old washing machine and installing our new machine had taken less than 30 minutes, from doorbell ring to bidding farewell. They were respectful of our home, and they were mindful of their maneuvering of the machines in and out of the delivery truck and the house. I would most definitely recommend The Maytag Store to purchase home appliances. In fact, I hope to acquire a dishwasher and possibly a stove in the not too distant future. And The Maytag Store will be the last place I visit -- and likely purchase from -- during my shopping process.

Buying was a good experience. HOWEVER post purchase we had 2 big issues: 1 they delivered one of our items to a different customer by mistake and we were told we have to go pick it up from the store- an hour away from where we live. 2 no refund or return policy - we had the Maytag dishwasher for 3 days and used it twice and discovered it’s not doing a good job cleaning our dishes AND the heating element is exposed- both of which we didn’t anticipate dealing with when purchasing an $800 dishwasher. Well… after contacting the store we were informed they do not accept exchanges or returns and we must contact Maytag so they can send a technician to check the issue. DUE TO THE ABOVE REASONS I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM.

We bought all of our appliances from the Maytag store. Farhad was amazing and so accommodating with getting us our appliances to us on the dates we requested. He was always available to answer all my questions and concerns. The delivery guys were also great. They were so quick and efficient, we couldn’t believe it. Who would’ve thought buying new appliances would be so much fun!! In a world where customer service, it’s so refreshing to get great service. We’ve already told all of our friends and family who are looking for new appliances. Highly recommended.

Thrilled with the excellent service regarding our broken dishwasher. The store referred us to a trusted repair person, Max Patel. He was at our home today, fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. I am so grateful to The Maytag store for putting us in touch with a competent and reliable service person. Great service all round.

Farhad was amazing to deal with. Prices are comparable to everywhere else. Delivery people are personable and quick. If you want a no fuss no muss easy transaction to buying your next major appliance and having it delivered - call Farhad at the Maytag store in Newmarket. I would totally buy my next appliance there.

After 14 years our Maytag dryer died, so we returned to the Maytag Store for a new one Farhad provided friendly and knowledgeable Service, and arranged for delivery Delivery was on time, with installation and takeaway of old dryer. Altogether a great experience. I highly recommend this business..
