I had an amazing experience at the Apple Store in Upper Canada Mall. I brought in my iPhone because of an issue, and the team quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem free of charge. I was truly impressed by their efficiency and professionalism.nnAfterward, my wife and I requested an Apple Vision demo, and it was absolutely fantastic! The experience was beyond anything we could have imagined. Saife and Cherry were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making sure we understood every feature and answered all our questions with patience and expertise. Cherry was especially kind and made us feel so comfortable throughout the process.nnThe entire visit was seamless and exceeded all my expectations. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure we had a satisfying experience. I can’t thank Saife and Cherry enough for their excellent service—this was by far the best experience I’ve had at any Apple Store. Highly recommend this location!

Yesterdays, I was here for an Apple Watch to my son as a Christmas gift.nFor a full fifteen minutes, I kept trying to make eye contact with the idle sales staff, but for some reason, they all avoided my gaze! The store wasn’t crowded at all, and so I took the initiative to approach a female staff member wearing a red short-sleeve T-shirt to explain my purpose. She gave me a look of annoyance and told me she understood, but then, two minutes later, she put on her jacket and left the store without even looking at me! The entire time, she just walked away without acknowledging me.nnAdditionally, there was a sales associate wearing headphones, who may have been a supervisor, and he appeared to be very busy. I told him I wanted to buy something, and once again, nothing happened! It wasn’t until a sales associate in a wheelchair greeted me that we quickly completed my purchase, for which I am very grateful to him.nnToday’s experience made me realize that Apple, as a technology brand, seems to be heading in the wrong direction. The sales staff have completely lost touch with the brand’s values. Perhaps because I was standing in the watch section, which is probably the least expensive area of the store, they didn’t want to waste time assisting me, or maybe they were simply avoiding extra work!

Don’t buy the silicone iPhone cases here. They are cheap garbage. Didn’t even last 6 months. The case started to bubble in the corner and now the bubble has flaked off. I went in to this store location they told me that it’s not covered. He told me I dropped my phone and the case took damage and that’s why it bubbled. The only problem is I have never dropped my phone. So that means the iphone 15 cases are made poorly. You’re better off to go buy a phone case from the actual phone case store located in the same mall. Customer service is trash. My phone doesn’t even have scratch on it.

If you're someone who likes to do your research before making a purchase, this store might not be for you. Even when I knew exactly what I wanted and just needed a quick pick-up, I had to wait for a salesperson, which was frustrating. There were staff around, but getting direct assistance felt difficult, and the overall experience was chaotic with long waits. Definitely not the streamlined service you'd expect.

Very bad service. Store not busy . Staff is chatting with coworkers.nThey didn’t taking care of much customer . And ask questions to 3 employees all answers was different.nservice. Staff is not friendly and terrible.
