Apple Upper Canada Mall

The Apple Store at Upper Canada Mall is absolutely amazing! The staff here are super friendly, and patient. I went in for help with my iPhone and they explained everything clearly and took their time to make sure everything was working perfectly. I also went to see the new iPhone 17’s since I am a huge Apple Fan and loved the experience and ability to sit and use the newest iPhone! The store is bright, clean, and always feels organized even when it’s busy. You can tell the team here genuinely cares about helping customers. Definitely one of the best Apple Store experiences I’ve had!

Alex, who helped us in service, was fantastic! In a fast pace, incredibly busy environment you could tell that she was working very hard to let everyone know they were valued. She was trying to honour the prebooked appointment times. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helped us get my daughter’s phone totally fixed. We were very thankful and she made us feel valued even in such a busy environment! She really was going above and beyond and I hope management knows how hard she is working to set high standards!

Stupid workers, no sense of customer service, we approached every available worker, they don’t even look at us, one girl worker was just walking by us so we asked her to help, and she was just rushing coz we were just trying to buy Apple Pencil tips, and she kept looking at new people probably thinking they might make the big purchase?nnVery very upsetting experience.

Big thank you to Kareem who fixed my older ipad not connecting to its Smart Keyboard & not updating to most recent OS due to lack of space. I had no appointment but he was able to help me by downloading the software, and installing it on the ipad and then restoring from my icloud backup. Took 1 hour and he was so pleasant and helpful and really knew his stuff. He provided a low key pitch on trade-in value & price of a new ipad. Thank you so much!!

I came into the Apple store to get a repair done on my iPhone after receiving some confusing and mixed messages from another location. Angela and the Lead Genius also named Angela—what a powerhouse duo! took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, clear up all the confusion, and seamlessly complete the exact repair my phone needed.nnThey were professional, patient, and genuinely committed to getting everything right. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and I left feeling completely taken care of. This was easily one of the best Apple Store experiences I’ve ever had. Huge thank you to Angela and the Lead Genius Angela for turning a potentially frustrating situation into a really positive one! Highly recommend this location.
