The Apple Store at Upper Canada Mall is absolutely amazing! The staff here are super friendly, and patient. I went in for help with my iPhone and they explained everything clearly and took their time to make sure everything was working perfectly. I also went to see the new iPhone 17’s since I am a huge Apple Fan and loved the experience and ability to sit and use the newest iPhone! The store is bright, clean, and always feels organized even when it’s busy. You can tell the team here genuinely cares about helping customers. Definitely one of the best Apple Store experiences I’ve had!
This store is absolutely disgusting. There is zero respect for the customer who spent thousands of dollars on Apple product. They must be racist. Avoid this store at all costs. And i personally will never come back to this store again. On iPhone 17 Pro launch day, I totally felt like I was being discriminated as a content creator and YouTuber. Apple, are you serious?
Don’t deal with the tall black guy that wears glasses and has dreads. He’s will politely tell you he’s too busy when he’s standing there doing absolutely nothing. Do better Apple. Your representatives are not providing proper customer service. I’ll be looking into Samsung for my next device.
I wanna thanks specifically Sarukay for her wonderful service , she provided me with Students discounts and she made the process of exchange very smooth. She also have a wonderful customer service which brings back the customers to this store. I bought IPad pro MT5 and Airpod which are great
Went today to return a product purchased online. For some reason, there are lot of issues came up which prevented the simple process from going through smoothly. I was very lucky to have Kim greeted and helped me. She is experienced, patient, kind and professional! She finally helped me get everything done. She even answered me several questions I had in my mind for quiet some time. She is the best! Thank you very much Kim!
