Amazing experience! I believe it was Mark and Jayson that assisted us today in upgrading our cell phone and purchasing a new tablet. They were extremely knowledgeable on the products and services available wile being patient as we decided on plan and phone options. Highly recommend the staff at this location.

Best staff. Two guys on the end of Monday went above & beyond to help me out. Best store. Extended warranties are always something to grab at the source they'll always come threw.

Purchased a phone for my son. On day of purchase phone did not work and was told to come back tommorow for a new one. When I came back it was still the same phone but they said they had got it to work. My son used the phone for 2 months and now the phone is completely dead again. Called the store manager (Bilal) who was anything but nice and was told he could not help me so now we are stuck with a dead phone. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Save yourself the hassles and buy your phone at a reputable business that will stand behind the products they sell. Do not waste your time here.

Manager tried to sell a $110 phone for $25 a month over 2 years. In case you don't have time for the math, that's $600. Went in asking for pay as you go, claimed they couldn't do that. Insisted that it was an "agreement," not a contract.
