I have had awesome experiences here before. I purchased my first alpine deck/ Amp/ Sub from them about a year ago and had a great time through the whole experience. I stopped in today hoping to purchase a whole new set up again, instead i walked in not to be greeted by the one person working in the store who was on the phone in front of the door , did not even aknowledge me continued the conversation on the phone for about 5 minutes only to walk away from the front not a word spoken to me still, that was enough for me . Last time ever shopping here. Quality service guys cheers.

Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Did not feel pressured to purchase something I was not ready to buy. Will be a returning customer. Great experience here.

Convenient, fully stocked location. They carry some harder to find brands (like Paradigm speakers) and are willing to price match if you find a better deal elsewhere. The salespeople are helpful but not too pushy so you can wander around in the store and look at things at your own pace.
