I have always appreciated Henry's great customer service till my last visit to the new market store, i have purchased vanguard Bag and Rode Microphone PRO which clearly states on the box that you would get a free dead cat windshield... not they only made me stand for almost 1 hour, they made me buy the windshield and asked me to go to another store to find another manager for additional help?.. thanks for wasting my time.. I even showed them on the rode site where it states the offer..as customer buying over 400 worth of merchandise, they should have granted that offer given its clearly stated on the box.

Super expert staff, experienced and lot of choices for beginners or pro. Ready to park. Has its own brand (Cameron). Might seem expensive compare to online prices. But love them

Thoroughly enjoyed the seminar on Vlogging. Bryon is a great presenter & has loads of useful information. Hat's off to the entire Henry's Newmarket team, they consistently try hard to give you great service & more value, much appreciated!
