Worst bell store I've ever been too. Staff is useless.. If there's long lines they find reasons not to help you. If they can't make commission they ignore you or they tell you to go deal with Telus or Rogers as it would be faster and better. I recommend going to the young and Green Lane location, better staff, better service.

I've been a bell customer for many years. I went to this location to ask for a replacement SIM card. The guy behind the counter insisted it would cost $30 for chip and activation. Rogers has replaced cards for free. Other bell store charge $10. I walked down the hall to The Source and purchased and had activated a new SIM card for $10. If they up prices on SIMS what else do they overcharge on and why? Don't trust them. Shop around. A $10 SIM card cost them ALL my future business. Bad management.
