Wonderful experience going to pick up two copies of Rune Factory 5 tonight. The two staff members were super helpful, went above and beyond, and were very friendly. Very personable. : Thanks friends!

Rude and inconsiderate staff. I’ve been going to this store long before much of the staff here have been employed, I have watched this store devolve into an animal house of Funko pops and Fortnite action toys. ALL staff are not caught up to date on the latest products, not aware of deals or trade values, and not friendly. They will harass you to purchase warranties and pre order I’m sure this is a result of gamestops pushy business and sales tactic and they will be overly chatty with some customers to the point where lines are out the door. I’ve had many bad experiences with this location. Go the extra mile to Aurora . Great store and wonderful staff over there, very helpful and nice.

Excellent. I already tamed the Dragon. The experience was unreal. There's a demo online somewhere where AR projected Dragon takes over the whole baseball stadium to the unexpected audience. My heart almost exploded during the gameplay. I use Nvidia GeForce Now Ultimate cloud.

I called in a few days ago to ask about the process of trying to get the limited edition Pokémon OLED Nintendo switch since things like this they don’t usually do preorders on the guy that picked up told me they were doing preorders and they they were all out which is frustrating but fine. But then I learn that not only were they not doing preorders, they only got one console and the staff member put it aside for themself and lied to me on the phone about it being preorders. Edit: This did happen and the point is that the employee lied to to me and told me it was for preorder. It also pretty heavily implies they were planning on hoarding it for themselves.

I was looking for a specific item and the boys were very glad to help me i was very happy

The staff here are super awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. They're always engaging and fun in interactions with my son 8, making this my go-to place for all his Nintendo obsession.

I had a PS5 issue that was promptly resolved by Christian and the entire team. They provided excellent customer service and turned what began as a bad experience into a great one. I highly recommend this location.

Was shopping in store today and had a funko pop we were ready to check out with then an associate took it from our hands and said we could not buy it because it was apparently a pre-order for somebody else? Absolutely ridiculous customer service - Have never been told I can not buy something that was on the shelf. They had no more of that pop and we left empty handed. Not impressed.

It's a store. Once upon a time they sold video games.
