This is the second year in a row that I have updated my family’s phones at wireless wave. BUT let me tell you that SHERRY WAS BEYOND PHENOMENAL! A true professional with optimal customer service. I am difficult as a customer but Sherry listened to exactly what I needed and wanted and did not push on me her own interest, but had mine as priority. This girl stayed 3+ hrs after her shift ON NEW YEARS EVE to take care of us! If that’s not amazing customer service I wouldn’t know what is. I trust and recommend her 100%, wireless wave is VERY lucky to have her on their team. Amazing Job Sherry!
Wireless Wave helped both me and my brother get new phones! Sherry was such a great help, she was awesome. She explained to us the contents of the plan with such organization and precision that we will for sure be coming back. If you end up getting lucky enough to have Sherry guide you through your process, know you’re in great hands. Beyond satisfied with the service!!
They have amazing deals on new phones especially there Black Friday sales. They have really good service even tho it was busy and it wasn’t too long of a wait. Thanks to Saydu for the amazing service. I recommend wireless wave to anyone in need of a new phone for a cheap price. You also get a screen protector, case, and charging block when buying a new phone.
Jurgen was absolutely amazing. Explained the plan so well with no confusion and even threw in two screen protectors and a case. we had a great laugh and his customer service was flawless, definitely go and ask for him.

We had a great experience with Jurgen. We went in and inquired about new phones and he looked at our plan and realized he could get us a much better deal. He spent over 2 hours with us which 1 hour was after store closed. He wanted to make sure all 4 of our phones were updated properly and all data transferred. We have been coming to wireless wave for over 6 years and will continue coming back due to the great staff like Jurgen!
Few days back i went to this store to upgrade my phone. Sherry has provided the best service and gave us the best best possible deal. We bought two phones. Her manager was also very helpful.

Jurgen and the team at Wireless Wave have always been a great help! He found me a better deal then what I currently have with new phones and was very patient when things with the system didn’t always work out. Highly recommend visiting Jurgen for any of your wireless needs!! Fantastic service!
