The Home Depot

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and it was entirely because of an employee named Mouly from front end customer service desk. From the moment I asked for help, the attitude was rude, cold, and dismissive. There was zero professionalism and absolutely no interest in helping a customer.nnInstead of listening or offering solutions, Mouly acted annoyed, gave short and careless responses, and made it very clear that my time and concerns didn’t matter. I was treated like a burden rather than a paying customer. This kind of behavior reflects extremely poorly on Home Depot. Their receipt review has few questions such as greetings and saying thank you to customer after shopping but Mouly doesn’t know anything of those bare minimum customer service and didn’t say anything of those to me. I don’t even know how they hired someone like him who doesn’t even know bare minimum courtesy! Instead he threw stapler after attaching my receipts.nnCustomer service is the bare minimum for a retail store, and this location failed completely. Because of this experience, I will never shop here again, or preferably any home depot and I would not recommend this store or home depot to anyone who expects basic respect or assistance. Completely unacceptable.

worst experience ever. the workers are rude, they are very unhelpful even after trying to find someone for help which was near impossible. we wanted a tool set and it was locked up with the price $250 and we took it to pay and it said $530 so we asked and they said “oh it just wasn’t supposed to be in there sorry” like ??? maybe organize that better.nnfront end sucked, appliances sucked — no help whatsoever.nnNorm, the tool guy was really nice and the only helpful guy in that place!!nnThe girl with black hair and tattoos in appliances was also suuuuper helpful!!

Still trying to figure this out, my wife and I bought a washing machine and through texts and calls we were told that the delivery would happen between 1030 and 1430 on January 02nd with a half hour call before arriving. We aited and waited. . .nothing. . .called them and was told by a female employee with runaway speech tendency that the truck came and said we were not there at 1200... we were home all the time . . I double checked my security cameras and sure enough nothing. . .at about 2:50 knock on the door. . Suddenly the washing machine was here, no notice, no call, nothing . . . Needless to say we just wanted to be done and over with so the delivery went forward. The delivery folk stated that the Home Depot app somehow deleted the delivery portion of the entire order. . Apparently they had to get the washer from the store instead of at the distribution centre as had been previously told to us by Home Depot staff. They had never said that they came before, if they had they would have taken a picture of the door and time.nnFinally the washer was installed, the old one removed and we could finally get on with life.nnWould we buy from Home Depot again, most likely, but man the delivery process and followup is a big hassle. . .did someone lie somewhere. . .probably. . .who and why? That's up to Home Depot to figure out!!!!

Had a long day, not a lot went well or to plan but I ended up at this Home Depot location looking for electrical supplies.nOne employee in particular, Johnny let’s just say from Venezuela had my back & assisted me with all my needs……. Twice!nThe manager on nights, Mandeep is a very well trained & a respectful person that is patient with good problem solving techniques!nnAll I can say is, if you want professionalism with a heart, this is your place!!

No simple double sided key cutting available at this time. The automatic machine will not do it. The one staff member could not do it and the person who’s trained was not on staff at 2 PM on a Tuesday the 30 December. I was told that Rona may be able to, but I called Rona and Rona isn’t able to do it either. I have to go to a locksmith for a simple key for a safe.
