This has got to be the worst hardware store in Edmonton! I made the mistake of buying a garage package from these clowns, i spent more time waiting in line for customer service then actualy building the garage! The workers are delusional and utterly useless! Take my advice people go to Lowes way cheaper too!

Place is a joke. Waited half hour for lady working paint area to come mix paint. After she said she would be there in a couple minutes. I went to find her and asked again if she could help as the person in appliance didn't know how to mix paint. She said I'll just have to wait more. I complained and left. Unbelievable how someone can stay away from their work area so long. Pure laziness. Bye Rona Hello Lowe's

You can find basics you need in a pinch but selection is limited. Much prefer Home Depot or Lowes. Service is a not slow too.

This is the second time in my life when I write a review. The reason for this review is to prevent people for getting in the same situation. I advise not to go at Rona on Ellerslie road beacause you may have unpleasant surprises. First, as everyone knows this store is the most expensive one, but that is Ok when you are in the rush. I purchased some silicone,not long ago, was expired and dry. This issue make me to use Rona as my last choice, if I am in the rush. Today, I was in the rush, and I went to purchase some bolts and nuts. I couldn’t find the size but I choose something close to, because the bolts pass thru a hole so it didn’t matter. All the boxes opened. Not one but 3. I took one and let know the cashier and I asked for a discount (even if you go to any store you don’t have too ask because they will offer to you automatically ) and she said, first let’s count. We count them and of course missing some. The cashier called the manager. A lady manager, middle age, came and I received as a discount for an opened box with missing items, the difference of the items. So she calculated the cost per bolt and take the difference. Really!!!!!! My time to count, all boxes opened, more expensive than anywhere else.... So watch out where are you shopping. I will never ever get in that store because the surprises are way way too big. Taking in consideration the time lost to count is exactly same time to go at Home Depot or Lowe’s we’re customer service is amazing.

Clean, easy to navigate, helpful staff and always find what I'm looking for at a competitive price. It's also in a great location at South Edmonton Common.
