A stop over for a return of door hinges at this particular Home Depot whilst in the West End today! Quick service with friendly staff eager to assist customers! Huge garden centre and with heavy rain today we avoided checking it out.

Home Depot West End – May Long Weekend Visit.nThank goodness I got most of my flower planting done yesterday! I stopped by the West End Home Depot today Sunday of the May long weekend expecting a madhouse — and it was busy — but I was in and out surprisingly fast. Just grabbed two bags of dirt.nnThe parking lot can be a hassle sometimes — very few in-and-outs — but there were actually a few spots available today. All in all, a smooth visit — pleasantly surprised.

Greg just stood there watching me struggle with a toolbox while chitchatting and just standing around. Once I finally got it onto the cart he basically refused to give me room to pass through. Had to bump into the gate in the picture because he didn’t want to take 3 steps back. Horrible customer service.

My washer and dryer tower #614147959 was supposed to be delivered on Saturday between 3-7 PM. I disconnected my old one as required by the instructions and moved it out of the bathroom. However, I waited until 10 PM on Saturday and didn't receive any calls or messages from the delivery guys.nThe next day, after contacting HD, I was informed that they had no information as to why this happened. I'll have to wait until Monday and call again. This has never happened in my experience with other retailers The Brick, CAS, IKEA.nNow I've wasted my Saturday, I'll have to take another day off work, and I don't have a washing machine. Therefore, first consider if it's worth dealing with HD given this kind of service.

Rented a small cargo van on two separate occasions recently. I interacted with three different staff in the rental area, and all three were awesome. Affordable if you need to rent for an afternoon to move furniture. A queen size box spring fit in the van, just like the staff told me it would. Would recommend o7
