Whether pro or hobbyist you will find everything you need. Tools and supplies and most important the right help! Thank you Leanne Barone you are always there to help us, with all of our needs. Big or small Leanne is our “go to “for questions or help we may need. Thank you, Home Depot and all of your staff for the extra feet and inches you go to help out the customers. I recommend this particular Home Depot, especially, if you are new to home renovations. The teams years of experience and knowledge are an important extra bonus, if you are unsure. With all the new products and tools even when you are a professional, a helping hand is always appreciated. Make sure to make a big STOP at Home Depot. To make all your renovations, a big GO!

Recently purchased 2 toilets. They were delivered and one was cracked slightly and had to be returned. Panicked because I had the plumber here to install both, I contacted the 170 Street store. Within 2 hours I had a new toilet delivered, and they picked up the damaged one. First class customer service! The girl I spoke to was friendly, sympathetic, and got things done quickly. Thank you Home Depot! My favourite go to store.

My wife and I, went to Home Depot- West-end, to buy 2x3x8-12pcs. of lumber, had them cut,none cut each.nUpon check out, we handed the papersays $4.for cuttinggiven by the person, who cut them.nPerson at the cashiernMale East IndiannWants to charge me extran$10.for cutting.nAt this point, enough is enough,nI am ready to walk-out, and not to buy anything ever from Home Depot,nuntil someoneJocelyn approach my wife on how she can help.nI said that my understanding is each piece of lumber can have a 1 cut for free.nThen told her what happened.nShe said, she will get clarification with the policy regarding cutting lumber, and will send to me the information, thus gave her my e-mail address.nFor the mean time, she said let us finish the transaction without the cutting fee. Thus my wife and I, paid for the 12 pcs. of lumber.nnThat's why giving 5 stars to the person Jocelyn that my wife conversed with.nnBefore shopping, ask if cutting the lumber has a fee for it.nnAs well, their chat service, is not good. You will ask questions and later, after waiting for answers, will leave you behind , without answers.

This is hands down the best Home Depot in the city. I recently moved into the area and have only had great experiences at this location. Each time I am there I get help as soon as I need it, and the employees are very knowledgeable and kind. Yesterday however, was the cream of it all. I went in to purchase a freezer and was greeted by Joy we LOVE Joy!. She was so helpful with every question I had, and even helped me find a much better deal than the one I was originally looking at. Without Joy, I would have been truly lost. Furthermore, my partner and I brought in our dog whippet Lilo, and Joy was so great with her and her anxious little dog self. What GREAT customer service!!! 11/10

I went to the home depot in Edmonton Terra Losa on the weekend and found an item marked $34.98. Went to the checkout and it came up $10 more. When I spoke to the cashier, basically I was told in their system it was $44.98 so that was it. No offer to help further. So went to customer service and asked for the manager. Kevin was the manager and the reason why the rating is 4 star. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation and understood the importance of ‘touch points’ with customers. Thanks Kevin.
