The man who helped me buy flooring was very helpful and honest about what we would need and how best to get it. As we were looking for flooring for a house outside of Edmonton looked into both having it delivered to the house and the nearest store. The closest store opened later in the week so he suggested we order online and that way take advantage of the flooring sale on at the time. Overall excellent service that went above and beyond to get us what we needed at the lowest price.

What a gong show. In order to get my guys in and out timely, I order online so they can just pick up. Works well at other vendors. We got the email that out order was ready to pick up, about 2 hours after we placed the order. So far, so good. We got there, the store was dead. Went to pick up counter and were told they needed about 10 minutes. No problem. Waited by the contractor door to receive it with our hands in our pockets for over 45 minutes... there were literally 8 floor employees milling around, also hands in pockets, with nothing to do... That's not counting all the staff with nothing to do hanging out behind the counter...I would appreciate that they have lots of staff, if they were actually efficient. It's hard to wait when it's costing me by the hour, maybe they can afford to pay idle staff, I can't. And we can't just leave because we paid for it. Why do they offer this service of they can't provide it? Why did they email me it was ready, if it wasn't? Why did they tell me 10 minutes if they meant 45? If they didn't offer it, I wouldn't expect it. As it is, we won't be using them again.

My wife and I have just spent the 2 most disappointing hours ever in this store... We are currently renovating our home we just bought and the only staff member in the whole store to even say hi or greet us was my current neighbours son who works here. We walked thru every department and not once did we get a single hello how can we help, we did encounter several staff members that were not willing to help .. never again...
